Construction everywhere also cockroaches, even on the sidewalk out front.We also had a cockroach in our room front desk staff told me the cockroach was a june bug but I know a cockroach when I see one

The room card only worked once went out to go get food then when I returned to the room I was locked out and then when I went to the desk there was no attendant so I was locked out of my room for 5 hours until the attendant returned wasn’t given a refund or free night or anything

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They are currently going through renovations so a lot of the old stuff (carpets, cabinets, etc) are put outside. But that is just a temporary situation. Much potential when they are finished.

I would give a 0 star if I could. I booked a room I didn’t end up needing the same day and now they’re telling me there is no way to refund it. I hope you guys enjoy that free money for your bull policies and 0 help. I have had good experiences before but I will never stay at a Super 8 again. They told me if I had just cancelled my booking 24 hours ago I could get a refund but I booked literally 6 hours ago. Manager was no help and kept hiding behind terrible excuses. Ridiculous
