The room was small and the bed was hard

The bathroom left much to be desired. The tub was missing a huge piece of porcelain and the toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever seen in my life. The light over the vanity did not work. The furniture in the room was a mixture of diverse stuff that was beat up and had seen better days. The floors had obviously been redone but that was it. We didn't use it, but the pool area looked more like a storage room. And the breakfast was very limited. I truly expected something better from a hotel with Wyndham in the name. I won't stay there again.

Linen was dirty. Pillows smelled of smoke. Lamp over the sink did work. Refrigerator was making noise that sounded like blowing wind.

Filthy. I have pictures. Broken light fixtures. Broken outlets. Missing outlet covers. Sheets were so dingy they were grey, not sure if they were dirty or old. Same with towels. I hand towel and 1 washcloth for 2 adults. Everything was filthy. I'm hoping it was food, but it looked light blood on the doors and walls. Doors had not been cleaned in years. Beds were full of springs and lumps. I brought a pillow and blanket from home thank God! So I could try to sleep. Outside was filthy too. Breakfast was Quaker oatmeal with microwaved water, bread/toast with large communally used jam and peanut butter- 1 each. Old apples and green tangerines. Coffee was out. Cocoa machine was not working well. That is not breakfast. That's a snack at best. The eating area was not kept clean. Elevator was scary and also not clean. I was not asked how my stay was. Not offered a receipt. Just took my keys and ignored me.

The rooms are filthy. Floors not even swept, much less mopped. Bathtub pealing and soap scum thick. Either sheets and towels are dirty, or they don't use bleach. Light fixtures rusty and missing parts. On and on and on.

The Air conditioning didn't really work, full of dust! Whole room felt like air was full of dust. The motel ice machine didn't work! The front desk person said if I brought my little room bucket down they would fill. But then she checked and they had have any ice to give out. Asked could I get a discount? They said NO! Had to walk next door to gas station to buy a bag of ice. Only two bath towels one face towel. To use hair dryer. You had to unplug refrigerator or microwave to use. The room phone was not working, was plugged into wall but no dial tone! Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. Bath tub had seen better days! The Toilet did flush.
We had been staying here since about 2015. Have noted a dramatic decline in this property. During last August's stay they said sorry for the mess. But were doing remodeling. The only thing I could see they did was put in a new bathroom sink and counters and new floor covering.

Check in was at 2pm, and
the room wasn't ready until 3pm. Looked like the property value has gone down. Bathtub was painted white, room was just dingy.
