Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple reviewers called the property 'very clean' and praised towels and housekeeping; a few reports of hair in beds and dated surfaces lower perfection but overall cleanliness is strong.
Service
9.75
Service and staff repeatedly described as friendly, kind and very helpful; manager singled out as excellent. Score slightly elevated to reflect consistently strong staff performance noted across reviews.
Location
9
Many mentions of a great, central location close to shops and downtown and a generally quiet setting—location is a clear positive for guests.
Room Quality
7.5
Several comments about outdated rooms, broken/damaged furniture, a misaligned deadbolt, noisy upstairs guests, and uncomfortable pillows, though beds were sometimes called comfortable; overall room condition is below excellent.
Amenities
6.75
Amenities are minimal: limited breakfast offerings (microwavable items), few TV channels (many requiring subscriptions), no elevator and no hot tub/sauna reported—basic but functional.
Value for Money
9
Multiple reviewers noted great rates and that you 'get what you pay for'—price is perceived as very good, making the hotel a strong value pick.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast described as 'little', 'ok' and often microwavable items; acceptable for the price point but limited in variety and quality.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall impressions skew positive: many would stay again, staff and manager praise, quiet and comfortable stays reported despite some room-condition issues; overall guest experience is favorable.
