Awful and disgusting
Pros:

That was the most disgusting hotel room ive ever stayed in. The nightstand had some kind of crusty sticky dirt on it there was hair on the bedframe. There was no hot water for the shower and the toilet backed up and there was nobody on site. Im disgusted. There was absolutely nothing ok.with the stay

Liked that when coming into the lobby, front desk staff was really friendly. And helpful.

Virtual check in double charged
Pros:

Water was hot, air was cold

Cons:

I was double charged by the "virtual " check in at the facility on top of the original amount paid to booking.com. I am still awaiting a response ti this grievance.

Pros:

Booking.com made the experience terrible... Took 2 hours to get registered into hotel. Your agent a woman hung up on me 3 times. She kept telling me it was a hotel problem ...where clearly it was booking.com fault. Would not issue a new virtual card for my reservation!!
Will never use booking.com again,!!!

Good value for our needs
Pros:

Convenient for what we needed. A nice day to be on the lake for a boat day.

Cons:

Nothing really for the price. The beds springs can be felt, but other than that, pretty decent. We're not too bougie.

Their was hair in shower, floor had stain on it. Little bar soap was open and used.room had bad order.

I didn’t stay there and neither should you
Pros:

It was so bad I did not stay there and I hope that they refund my money or that you will help me get my money back a place there is no staff. It’s a machine you talk to somebody virtually the carpets up to the second floor and down the hallway were filthy. I was starting to get itchy on my legs from the dust mites and when I open the Motel door it smelled like urine. It was disgusting and the whole town knows about this place.

I peed as soon as I got in my room. Immediately had to ask for toilet paper and a pillow.
