Clean, basic, friendly, easy stay
Pros:

Not really sure what happened to the last few people who left a review.... This place is exactly what is expected for $100 - Friendly person at the desk, easy check in, very basic, but clean rooms and bathroom. The whole building is very basic but clean and does not smell. We did not use the pool but it looks fine. Breakfast was nothing to talk about, waffles, coffee, toast, cereal, and a mini-fridge with juice and milk.

The only complaints are minor and did not really effect our stay, they are: The TV was small and far from the bed, breakfast could use eggs, meat, hot water dispenser, and the bed is noisy when rolling around. Again, these are minor and did not really take away from our overnight stay.

If you expect anything more from cheap hotels you probably need to reevaluate your expectations or pay more elsewhere.

Horrible !

Cons:

La chambre sentait une odeur bizarre, pendant toute la nuit les rideaux ne se fermaient pas donc nous avons eu la lumière du lampadaire.
On a testé la piscine elle était froide .
On arrive pour faire le check-in de la chambre il n'y avait personne. On a attendu 20 minutes pendant que l'employé était dans l'espace piscine à rien faire.
On a prit le petit déjeuner très tôt et il n'y avait RIEN.
Pire hôtel que j'ai réservé ! Je ne recommande pas !

Ran by criminals, avoid at all cost!
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

They overbooked the rooms, and had no room for me. Then upon speaking with the manager, he instructed me to cancel the room. I then asked " you sure I won't get charged"? He told me it was fine , and as soon as I cancelled they charged me for 3 nights. I have been trying to get my refund back for 2 weeks now. I've had to call corporate because they denied my refund twice. Save yourself the hassle and go down the street to the econo lodge. It's ten dollars more with better amenities, and it's not ran by criminals. Avoid this dump at all costs!

The location was easy to find. The breakfast was only waffles. We got what we paid for

It was a quick stop for us between dinner (during hard hard rain) and our early exit to hike.
Pros:

It was perfectly situated for my trip North to Custer State Park. My dog had plenty of grassy areas for her morning walk. We liked meeting other dogs in the hall and the excitement that ensued. People were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Maybe some fruit at the breakfast.
