Not worth the upcharge for the concert.
Pros:

The staff was nice, our room was ready when we got there and it was a convenient location to memorial stadium.

Cons:

The cleanliness. Stains on the pillow, bedding, towels, dirt on the bathroom sink, rust on the Kleenex box holder in the bathroom, unwashed shower with other peoples hair in it, mysterious goo on the bathroom wall, looks like some work had been started to renovate but was done by an unlicensed contractor by the way the caulking was, the pool blue walls were painted poorly and over dings instead of repaired.

Adequate.
Pros:

This motel was ok to stay at as we were just passing through. The air conditioner didn’t work and they switched rooms for us which we appreciated. If you reserve queen beds and have a pet, they will only give you full sized beds. This motel is located in an industrial area with no place to take a walk other than on cement. Restaurants are several miles away.

Cons:

Beds felt damp. Checked in at 230 woke up multiple times feeling like things crawling on me. Finally just got up at 6 showered bagged everything that touched the bed and left. Bathroom was clean.

Everything was functional

Cons:

The bed was very very hard, the front desk area had a smell, the water took 10+ min to heat up, the toilet ran 24/7, there’s no smoke alarm, and it should have been more clean.

decent super 8 quality

Cons:

combative employee. My daughter and I travel for bicylce races. Employee tried saying we couldn't take our "clean" bikes into our room bc they would get the carpet dirty. His option was to set $20k in bikes outside. I have stayed in far nicer hotels and never has anyone confronted us about our bikes. His attitude was ridiculous.

Well rounded trip
Pros:

location is great especially, if you are bringing a dog or two. Big field for them to run in. Great vibes for this place pretty chill a big plus. A complementary breakfast bonus. Room was clean and fresh towel in the morning. And the value compared to LA. priceless. I recommend.
