We made reservations in advance and paid in advance. If not we would not have stayed there.
Pros:

Not well stocked

Cons:

The heating system was almost non existent. And did not enjoy a room, in a sense, in the basement. Except for check in there was never a staff person at the front desk.

This is a discount hotel closeto the airport and right off the interstate and on the main street in Lincoln -- so the location is great. We found it to be a little run down but satisfactory in all the key ways -- clean, hot water, quiet, etc. A good value.

Cons:

The breakfast is free but super minimal.

Dirty room, unflushed urine in toilet, food in trash (eggs & other things), smell in room, curtains falling down.
Had to change rooms after unpacking. Smell of smoke in staircase. Breakfast poor.
