Wouldn’t refund me after I had an emergency and couldn’t even make it to stay. Canceled and they still charged me the full price!!
Hotel booked me, said they never got my confirmation, i asked customer service if they could use any other alternate method to find my booking, they said they did. I contact Hotels.com customer support who said the hotel confirmed on their end that they received it. We paid twice for the same room and they wont offer a refund or allow me to stay a second night even though ive provided proof of all of these things.

The first room was very dirty.There was a dead roach, a trash can full of stinky water that was dripping from the a/c unit that stunk up room, it was a non smoking room and both beds had blankets with multiple cigarette burns, the tub was dirty and a broken shower head was still in the tub.They gave us a different room and this one had something all over the carpet and the tv stand was falling apart.
The place smelled musty. Kids playing outside as if they live there running past your window with a view of trash out back as if it was a homeless camp. The room had a terrible scent to it and I saw roaches. I immediately called the front desk to tell them I was leaving. They said leave the key at the counter. Nobody was at the counter I left the key and the left the property and Contacted hotels.com….they have not been able to reach the property management to get my refund.

They need to renovate the entire hotel , broken sink , broken light fixtures, no house keeping because mirrors were dirty, broken toilet seat , broken fan in bathroom, dirty carpet etc. They need to come down to $40 a night permanently

They have a no refund policy because they know that the condition of the property is awlful. Walked to the door of the lobby and the smell hits u. Doors to the place dirty finger prints all over the glass handle and everything. No one at the front desk had to pick the phone up to call someone to the front. It’s signs up about the no refund policy, extra guest have to be gone at 8. They have the right to come in the guest room and so on is what’s on the sign. Man comes give me the first room 109 soon as you walk in the smell of mold and mildew hits me in the face. Go in try to cut the air on not working so I try to crack the window and it opens wide no way to keep anyone from coming in mind you this room is on the first floor. Hand prints and foot prints on the wall. So go back and was given another room look at the pics. Left out had a function come back the smell is now worse. Go in the room try to make the best because didn’t want money to go to waste the smell was bad. Pull the covers back to spray second can of Lysol covers had holes, sheets not on the bed carpet so stained in spots that it looked like it had tar on it. Elevators didn’t work offer breakfast but everything out of order. Carpet coming off the wall. Couldn’t figure out the urine smell so I tracked it to the pillows.Towels stained and dingy. Tub dirt in it and stained in different areas. Nights stand and tv console smudges of hand prints.I couldn’t take it I just left and drove home.

So nany things wrong, 1 no towels, 2 cockroaches feces all over the place, 3 Tv didn't work, 4 and worse part the front desk Lady actitud when i call to ask for someone to fix the tv she said check out if you don't like it call Expedia see you in court don't know what to make out of that , she show mental health problems
There was couple next door to us that was screaming and fighting the WHOLE EVENING throughout the night the police were called due to all there fighting. The tv DIDNT WORK i called and called the front desk they didnt do anything. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL GUYS DO NOT ITS NOTHING BUT JUNKIES AND NASTY PEOPLE THAT ARE STAYING THERE THAT THE STATE JS PAYING TO LIVE THERE.
Roaches all over, room smelled bad horrible experience to the fact that I slept in my truck instead
It's an ok place to stay but for 80.00 a night there shouldn't be so much stuff out of order. The soda machine, the snack machine, the coffee and juice machine the sink in the lobby,the elevator. The blanket on the bed that was more like a curtain 3 tiny pillows on a huge bed, the heater that we set to 70 and it was definitely hotter then that so we either were too hot or froze and the fridge barely closed because the freezer part was so frozén over you can't use it. It would be nice if it was cleaner and everything worked and the desk clerk didn't talk on the phone to someone else while checking you in.
ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The lady at the front desk is RUDE and disrespectful. Did I mention roaches everywhere? In the halls in the bed everywhere I know it’s cheap but cheap doesn’t mean infestation.

I have a complaint that I want to make about this location because we never used the room on November 16th. I reserved this. My family and I had a memorial to go to that date because my mother died a few months ago. We got there at 11:00 am to see if they had an early check in and the Indian woman who was there had an attitude the entire time. First, she charged us a $40 fee for checking in early. She got into an argument with my father because we never been to a hotel that charged us for checking in early. She even threatened to cancel the reservation because we never heard of this fee. When she finally got an the rooms, one fo the rooms had a damaged sink that wasn't safe to use at all. The other room wasn't clean and had dirty towels. We requested to get the rooms changed but she said that she no longer had rooms available. We requested for a refund, and she said that we had to pay her another $40. It turned into another argument because I said that I was going to call Hotels.com. So she gave our $40 back and called one of our relatives who works for the city government. Our relative spoke to the manager, and we were told that now only one room was available, which was the room that wasn't clean. We instead stayed with relatives. I tried to call the number on the website to make a claim or a refund request, but instead we were directed to the same person we spoke to at the hotel. I would like to know how I can get a credit or refund.
