The stay is a quiet and peaceful, shopping and exploring is easy and nearby.
Pros:

Condition of hotel is in great condition and the proximity to airport, shopping and downtown is central.

Cons:

The exit ramp is a right turn only because of road island. If you need to turn left towards airport Find a way around before exiting. Mr happy needs cheer vitamins but the female staff is pleasant.

Cons:

One of the mattresses had a gross brown/rust colored stain. When housekeeping came in, the job was incomplete. Beds weren't finished, no trash can liners put in and trash cans not even put back in proper place. Price way too high for location.

For seeing things it was a good location. If you see it from the outside the area looks trashy. That being said we gave it a chance and had no issues. The staff were amazing

Great for the price!
Pros:

This is a great hotel for the price. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the shower was also clean and had good pressure.
Because of the price I wasn't shocked when the front person just grunted when I said hello. Or the fan in the bathroom squealed and lend it unusable. I didn't have breakfast and the tables around the breakfast room were pretty sparse but I really appreciated being able to have coffee when I wanted and filtered water in the gym room.
I was looking for a cheap clean stay and this was great!

Pros:

Had a great bed & linen. Toilet flushed & shower worked. Sorta dirty, but for the price, if I was solo, I might consider it again. The location is the biggest problem. This older motel has been surrounded by new very busy city streets. It was nerve racking & difficult to get back to I-80. So, great bed.
