If you could address the 2 things , this place would be great!
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, very good, staff was on top of everything.

Cons:

The 2 chairs in the room were very very uncomfortable! The desk chair was unsafe to lean back in.
The mattress was very soft, not good for either of our backs.

Cons:

Being asked about chucking clams on check in. Didn’t know what the receptionist was talking about. Had to sign an agreement re clams, dogs etc. found that really strange.

Employees & housekeeping was great
Pros:

Very nice room, very clean.

Cons:

Could hear the people in the next room talking and coughing .had to turn the TV up.my plans changed and had to leave early with 2 nights left and request to cancel the rest of my reservation. The Mgr denide it so had to pay even tho I wasn't there.

I liked my stay very much.
Pros:

The front counter folks were very nice and helpful. Had a nice room and wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

It's not a didn't like but I would have like more lobby seating/gathering spots.

Perfect for walking downtown and to the beach. Great spot to get around without a car.

Cons:

Beds are not comfortable, pillows were lumpy and small for a king bed. The pull out , definitely can tell it’s been there for awhile. Few little upgrades would be fantastic.
Little pricy when bed and pillows were not comfortable. Didn’t sleep much. Comfort is important for sleep.
All in all, still great location for a 1 night stay.

eh, dont stay here not worth the 100 bucks.

Staff was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. Sausges looked like little brown turds. They were burnt and tasted reallly bad. ALso the beds. tghe beds were super uncomy and the pillows were very uncomgy aswell.
