Well Maintained & Clean
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised with this Best Western. You can tell it's a little older, but very well maintained and clean. Thank you to its owner, general manager and team for keeping the hotel in good shape and for a nice stay. I was visiting from Spokane and in Long Beach to ride the Discovery Trail which was convenient and close.

A little overpriced, but good location to what we wanted to do.
Pros:

Check in was easy. Location was perfect. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The a/c did NOT cool the room, even when it was set at 62. It also had a pretty musty smell.

It was crawling
Cons:

The first night we were there we woke up to our bed covered in ants along with the nightstand breakfast was mediocre, and they ran out of several items. We reported it to the main desk they came in. I’m pretty sure they did some kind of ant bomb because our windows were open.Second day we were there we still woke up to ants however there were less of them.

Pros:

I couldn't believe all the breakfast choices. It was so nice not having to go somewhere else for breakfast. Also, the hotel is situated right in the center of things so you can walk the entire town right from the hotel

Cons:

The pillows were not soft. They were cheap pillows and the comforter kept sliding off the bed because it was too slippery.

Great stay!
Pros:

Great location. Great atmosphere. Clean. Great staff! Linda was very helpful, graceful and competent while helping us with several needs. Linsey was kind and stayed busy keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked. Rooms were good too. Comfortable bed and lighting very good. Great value.

Overall, a great place to stay!
Pros:

Very clean, good breakfast choices, easy walking distance to everything. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great parking and carts to bring in all of our luggage. Also liked the fact that there is a fridge and microwave in the room. Great pillows.

Cons:

We like a firm mattress, this was leaning toward soft. Comfortable seating in the room would have warranted 5 stars. Not much horizontal space for our toiletries in the bathroom.

Lindsey Best Customer Service
Pros:

We stayed at the Best Western Long Beach Inn on June 19 for my birthday, and Lindsey made our breakfast experience especially memorable. Although she has only been working there for about a month, she was incredibly warm, pleasant, and attentive.

The breakfast area was beautifully presented, clean, and fully stocked with fresh pastries, bread, juice, cups, utensils, coffee, tea, and hot water. Even while working alone, Lindsey continuously wiped away crumbs, refreshed the food, and made sure everything was available for guests. Her beautiful smile and friendly greeting were a wonderful way to begin our day.

It is clear that Lindsey takes pride in her work and truly cares about the guests. She deserves recognition—and a raise! We are from Olympia, Washington, and we will gladly return because she made our stay so welcoming and memorable. Thank you, Lindsey, for your excellent work and wonderful hospitality. Keep smiling!
