If you could address the 2 things , this place would be great!
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, very good, staff was on top of everything.

Cons:

The 2 chairs in the room were very very uncomfortable! The desk chair was unsafe to lean back in.
The mattress was very soft, not good for either of our backs.

Great Place
Pros:

The hotel is great! We loved talking with Lorrayne at breakfast. She made our four days at this hotel one of the best! We visited some of her recommendations and they were spot on. The hotel has an oyster cleaning station on the south side. It was helpful.

Cons:

Being asked about chucking clams on check in. Didn’t know what the receptionist was talking about. Had to sign an agreement re clams, dogs etc. found that really strange.

Lorrayne is the best!!!!!!!!
Pros:

We have stayed at so many different Best Westerns all over. And we wanted thank Lorrayne so much for such a great experience at our breakfast. She is one of the best staff members we have ever met, and she just made our day! She is so nice, caring, and helpful! Politely, I wasn’t positive how to spell it her way if it was Larrayne. But either way, she deserves a great review! And I normally never leave reviews. THANK YOU LORRAYNE!!!! 😊👍🏼

Uncomfortable and unclean
Pros:

Beds were uncomfortable and springy. Usually Best Westerns have comfortable beds but not this one. Room was dirty all over with dust, dirt on the floor, weird spots- it needed a lot of cleaning. Usually Best Westerns are clean but not this one- it’s a dirty roadside motel.
