There's a reason it's so cheap.
Pros:

It was inexpensive

Cons:

It was gross, the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in sometime. The sheets had lint and hair in them, the comforter was a blanket with a hole in it. There were thistle weeds all around the property.

We will not be staying there again even though we travel to the area yearly.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well.

Cons:

Room could have been cleaner. Had to request some bathroom basics from the front desk as there were not enough for 2 people in the room. Breakfast was all do it yourself. No provided hot breakfast items.

My stay was unavoidable because of fatigue
Pros:

Breakfast was disappointing but I did take a banana

Cons:

The motel stank of a very offending odor. I had to run down the hall & hold my breath as to not vomit from the smell.

Good location to KOA, right off highway, friendly staff.

Cons:

Blank/Empty areas where a sitting chair & table/desk was removed. Also appeared that a microwave should've been there, but wasn't. Volume on TV kept going out, so we had to turn the power off, then back on again...about every 30 minutes or so. Overall, it was a decent value for the 2 data we were there.

Not very pleasant
Pros:

Staff was extremely rude outdated rooms bathroom was so tiny you had to practically stand in the shower to close the door. Beds were extremely uncomfortable tiny tiny pillows that were flat. Bedspread was thin as a sheet. Breakfast was barely there left over seemed from day before out of everything.

The staff should be in a non customer service role. If you don’t need shower- just a few hours sleep this will do.

I checked in and front desk guy said I paid for the next day so I had to wait until 4pm to check in!!! It was 12:30am we were driving to Breckenridge. He actually was trying to get me to pay for another night. I love the Booking.com app.it was great when I showed him that I chose a hotel based upon late hours and it showed March 27th not 28th. He changed his tune real quick but check in took way too long when I already had a reservation.

The bed was actually comfortable but it was only one bed in a huge room with open space for another bed. A chair would have been good at least. The bed had a METAL skirt. The people below would hear this as we hit it multiple times. Is that even a thing?

The bathroom. Layers of dirt on floor and base boards. Toilet was clean. Layers of lime and scale in shower plastic insert and the hardware looked original to 1980. We opted to not get dirtier by showering.

Breakfast was bread and dry cereal.
