Noise level. Little sound proofing. Could hear neighboring rooms talking and dogs barking from two floors below. The staff did not tell us they were phasing out the free breakfast and there was none available on our third day. We were given partial vouchers for the neighboring restaurant.

colazione fuori dalla struttura in un ristorante : rilasciano un buono da 15 dollari , ma la spesa minima per la colazione è 25/30 dollari. La camera non è stata pulita e rifatta, alle mie rimostranze hanno detto che avrei dovuto chiedere la pulizia della camera in sede di check in . il phone non era in camera .

Great place
Pros:

The rooms were very clean, bathroom was excellent, great walk in shower the shower pressure was nice and hot. Check in was easy, staff very polite. Alot of restaurants and shops near by. We met Michael at check out, a very nice guy, we took off early, but still had time to fill our coffee mugs, if you like to know more on coffee, see Michael...aka, " The Coffee Guru" ☕️ thank you Sir for the tips on coffee. I recommend this hotel highly!!

Excelente servicio, desayuno, camas muy cómodas.
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo y rico. Las camas super cómodas. Me encantó la sala de meditación porque tiene unas sillas de masaje. La vista de las habitaciones del tercer piso preciosa.

Beautiful view for a Nice, affordable Hotel!
Pros:

The view was amazing! Staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious for two travelers. Complimentary breakfast was good. Coffee set up amazing. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of room. Love the desk area you could use as a vanity table. Rates are very reasonable. Daily room service is upon request only but very prompt on responding with any needs.

Cons:

No dressers in room, however you do have plenty of closet space. You do have to walk outside to get to breakfast area, but with the view you get not an issue. And a very short walk from room. You are in West Sedona so limited restaurants within reasonable walking distance but a very good one right in front of hotel.

Great location, clean rooms, balcony with stunning views
Pros:

Location was excellent within walking distance to shopping. Hotel amenities: fitness equipment, massage chairs were good. Friendly & helpful hotel staff. Outdoor fire pit was added bonus

Cons:

Some items such as pre-prepared fried eggs and tater tots were cold. However, food variety was good. Coffee machine offer lattes and expresso which was excellent.
Our room had an unpleasant odor, and Front Desk Manager Micah accommodated us by moving to another room.
