The bed

Cons:

The doors were messed up and cracks were so big you could see in the room. Need to fix your room doors. And I saw cockroaches

There were live bugs all over the dresser

The price was decent

Cons:

We ended up not staying. We checked in early but had an event that was going to run late so never went to the room after we checked in, when we finally went to our room as midnight, there were bugs all over the dresser. We ended up checking out right then and there and driving all the way home super late at night. We were only in the room a total of maybe 3 minutes

Cost effective place to sleep in FoCo.

Below average, but doable for one night
Pros:

The breakfast area was remodeled and nice. The food was standard and a quick to go option. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. Check-in was easy to do online. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

The interior of the hotel, such as the hallways and walls feel very old. There are some brighter colors with paint in the rooms. However, the paint job is really sloppy making it feel cheap. There is a lot of dust around the edges of the. carpet and our walls had a lot of stains on them. There were stains in the grout in the shower

Safety and health concern, needs urgent attention
Pros:

They refunded me so I didn’t have to stay there.

Cons:

Safety, health, ADA non compliant, veteran accommodations, disgusting foods, hallways, lobbies. Noise and dangerous people all throughout the property (inside and out). Immediately unsafe and had to leave. There was people smoking in the hallways, man shaving his beard in the hallway, sheets stained, everything reeked of cigarettes and drugs. Not safe parking. Loudest “hotel” ever been to.
