I liked the breakfast option.

Cons:

Dislike the racism, me an my boyfriend had a small disagreement and we were banned for it! No arguing simply disagreeing on what we would be eating for dinner and we're quickly put out but they did return our money

Room was dirty and smelled off, there was a staple sticking out of the floor in our room. Didn’t appear to be clean, especially floors, corners, underneath the bed.

There was urine smell in the room. I explicitly requested for neat and clean room and property assured me that. When I complained, front desk mentioned cleaning is not in their hand.

Staff was great. From check in to check out.

Cons:

Not that clean. We didnt sit on any couches or chair without putting a towel over it. Bedding could have been cleaner. Ran the hot tub a few times before using. Plus scrubbed it down. Reminded me of an old school party room!!!

The room was spacious, and the staff was very nice .

Cons:

The room was better than the first room we stayed in on our first night. However, when we first walked in, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the heater had a slight mildew smell. Overall, it was an improvement from the first room, but there were still some issues with the odor.

Pros:

It was close to where our meeting was being held, staff was super nice.

Cons:

The noise from other rooms continued until after midnight, making it difficult to rest. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. When turning on the heat/AC, there was a musty smell, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the unit.

The room needed a thorough cleaning, as it was quite dirty, and the refrigerator was dirty as well. The bathroom also appeared unfinished, with areas around the tub that looked like they may be developing mold and needed attention.

Although the bathroom was advertised as handicap-accessible, the grab bars in the shower area were all positioned at tub level, with no higher grab bars available for support while standing. This raised concerns about whether the bathroom was adequately equipped for accessibility and safety.

Overall, the cleanliness, noise, comfort, and bathroom conditions fell short of expectations. These issues need to be addressed to provide guests with a clean, comfortable, and safe stay.

La verdad que loo único bueno fue la atención al cliente.

Cons:

No entiendo las buenas valoraciones. Es obvio que es un sitio donde se quedan personas que están pasando por situaciones difíciles, problemas con drogas, alcohol... Si eres un visitante no te quedes aquí.

Overall calm quiet but in the morning it became some bullshit how can someone rush someone out
