Pros:

The room had been recently updated and did not have carpet. We appreciated having a little couch in the room as well as the fridge. Staff was attentive in that the lock was broken on our door and they fixed it immediately. Woohoo!

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway is in serious need of replacement! It would be improved even just being vacuumed!

Hotel is adequate for a one night stay or a short trip.
Pros:

I like that the hotel is in a great location with many eateries nearby.

Cons:

I didn't like that the building doesn't have an elevator. Even though it's only a 2 story building,, it's still a hassle to lug heavy baggage up flights of stairs. Also, the breakfast options could use more proteins. The offerings were mainly all carbs--bagels, bread, cereal, frozen waffles. I've stayed at other Super 8 locations where hard boiled eggs were offered chilled as a source of protein beside just yogurt. Also, other Super 8 locations have a waffle maker with batter so guests can make their own fresh waffles.

Everything was the best.
Pros:

The motel is in the perfect location to all stores,restaurants, and attractions.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The staff was the best and were helpful in helping fine stores and malls in the area.
There the best!!

Super 8 literally stinks.
Pros:

Good location. Comfortable bed. Price.

Cons:

Charged twice.
Room door was propped open on arrival.
Toilet was used & not flushed.
Hand soap used. Messy / dirty bath vanity.
ROOM HAD A VERY STRONG CIGARETTE SMELL!! (We booked a non-smoking room.)
Window was left wide open to "air out" the room. Per front desk staff at check in.
Bath door knob broken / no lock.

Cons:

Room was extremely dirty. Fridge was all banged up. Water for tub wouldn't shut off completely. Missing molding and trim. Stains on both furniture. Wife felt like she had bed bugs after laying down. We left after only staying 20 minutes. Very disappointed.
