Our stay was flawless — a clean & comfortable room. All was good!
Pros:

Good, fair value. Clean, Very pleasant & helpful staff. Morning coffee & breakfast a nice touch & nicely convenient. Good and working climate control in rooms made for comfortable stay. I have stayed there often & have found it to be a great find!

Cons:

Can’t think of anything. You’re doing a very good job at the property. Keep it up!

In my 50+ years this is the 2nd worst hotel I’ve stayed in
Pros:

The only thing I thought good were the bath towels.
I was expecting them to be threadbare

Cons:

It smelled terrible.
The hallway.
The room.
Terrible.
And everything needed repair

Disgusting, uncomfortable and awful. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere else

When we first got there no one was at the front desk and it took the lady nearly 10 mins to finally realize she had guests waiting. Very rude, wasn’t giving us basic info such as where the stairs were. To top it off the room REEKED of cigarette smoke. Bed was basically just a boxspring and very uncomfortable. I walked around the room in the morning barefoot and my feet were filthy from how dirty the carpet was. Checkout staff were nice at least, the only positive I have. The breakfast was laughable and not even stocked.

The location near the training was nice.

Cons:

The hotel had no smoking signs all over, but I had to walk past an old lady smoking by the entrance door every single time I came into the hotel, and the hotel smelled so bad of marijuana I had a headache the first night, as well as had to purchase smell good for my room. My belongings reeked of marijuana when I got home. The breakfast also lacked any kind of protein whatsoever. It was waffle iron waffles, and Aldi high fructose corn syrup maple syrup.
