Stiff bed
Pros:

Good breakfast nice clean facility. A good well supplied breakfast . Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bed was stiff and uncomfortable to me unless you like a hard bed . Needs a pillow top mattress cover . I'm a side sleeper woke up with shoulder hurting.

decent, but will look for somewhere different to stay. Hotel feels outdated.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay, would have liked to see hard boiled eggs. AC worked well. Great Location

Cons:

The bed was too firm. TV was NOT a smart TV, there was no way to watch Youtube. No safe in the room. Baggage carts are both falling apart and hard to maneuvre. Elevator has seen better days, it's small had to make two trips just to get all our stuff to the lobby and there was only two of us.

Frustrating stay
Pros:

Honestly location was probably the only good thing about this location.

Cons:

I had this hotel booked for 6 months in advance due to a concert in the area. We arrive at check in time and find out they switched our rooms and gave away the 2 queen beds I requested for 4 people and instead gave us a king room with a couch. They said they overbooked and a room was closed for maintenance last minute. Everything else was booked in the area and they basically said take it or leave it. The place wasn’t clean, breakfast was over by 8:30 when they told us 9:30. I will definitely be looking elsewhere next time.

Beds have metal frames the amount of times I kicked them I’m sure my downstairs neighbors were not Impressed

the rooms were clean and the pool was nice

Cons:

they have metal at the bottom of the beds and its extremely easy to bump them like sliding between the wall and the bed and within my 1st hour there at 4pm we received a noise complaint because of the bottom of the bed i have 2 small children if im bumping into the bed they're definitely going to bump it and that made the stay extremely stressful because we weren't trying to be bad quest its just an extremely poor design for a room especially if you lack proper sound proofing that most hotels have. as well as the blankets werent very warm they were more like a sheet and the bathroom is very small and the sink to the bathroom is in the doorway which is very inconvenient

Disappointed all around.
Pros:

Handicap room was spacious.

Cons:

Booking listing indicated Pet Friendly. No restrictions were listed. When checking in was told only dogs under 23 pounds and a $50 cash fee-non refundable. Requested a refund on room to try and find someplace else - our dog is 35 pounds and we did not have $50 cash on hand. Refund on room was refused. Found a bank to withdraw cash and brought our dog to the room anyway.
Small fridge that leaked all over the floor.

Relaxing.
Pros:

The staff was the best. The lady who checked us in was so kind and enjoyed talking to our kids. The lady who was in charge of breakfast was top notch. She was welcoming and had everything organized and stocked. The kids loved the pool.

Cons:

All was well. The TV maybe could have been a little bigger, but all and all no complaints.

Couldn’t have been better
Pros:

Everything the pool was warm you could swim in very clean. All the staff members were very nice hospitable very welcoming. The room was clean the whole silly it was clean. The nice woman who took care of the breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice she did an excellent job the breakfast no complaints absolutely great Five star rating for sure.

Pros:

This hotel was in a very safe location, the place was very clean and the staff was amazing an very respectful. The breakfast was so delicious! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would like to stay again when we visit Columbus for more then one day!

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the pool chlorine was very strong an burned my eyes but thats expected in an indoor pool.
