Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the attendant was friendly, helpful, and kept everything well-stocked. They have a waffle maker, which is my husband’s one and only criterion for a great hotel breakfast!!
Breakfast was served by the sweetest woman, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, its an insanely nice stay for the price, even in general. Its always nice to see hidden gems like this
The beds are very comfortable, and the shower pressure is fantastic. Clean and convenient to town.
The sheet are clean, but slightly pill-y. The non-smoking room smelled a bit cigarette smoke, but the AC helped with that and the humidity. Excellent value for the price.
The staff and reception ladies were wonderful and very professional. I will continue to use this facility during my visits to the area for work. Please ensure they hear what an amazing job they did.

Good breakfast, easy parking
Room had wet, sticky floor.Overall cleanness was only ok. Air-condition was loud, not cooling well. Room smelled musty.
The photos online looked better than what it was, its a total dump. We even checked the beds first to make sure there wasn't bed bugs thats how awful this place is.
The location was really nice, close to everything
The air wasn't working correctly in the room and when the staff was approached about it one staff member was very snotty and rude!

The bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice.
The bathroom was a bit dirty, a lot of stomping in room above and air conditioner didn't cool the room well and kept cycling off throughout the night.
Breakfast had several choices things were fresh the lady that worked the area was on top of things made sure things were full and was there if you needed something. I was traveling with children and she was there for whatever we needed

The beds
40 kids n pool every night being thrown up in air while in pool. Jumping diving breaking rules couldn't even use the pool it was my birthday my anniversary and came 4 a funeral. I will never stay at this hotel again and that sucks because I come 2 Delaware at least 2x a month

Laundry dryer is junk! Cost me $9 to dry two changes of clothes.
