The rooms appeared to have been updated at some point…better than most Super 8’s I have stayed at.
I felt sorry for the sole receptionist who was busy as a one-armed wallpaper installer. The night auditor at check-out was somewhat ‘grumpy’…
The front desk associate is very rude and unfriendly. Our flight got changed and we were out on a flight arriving the next day. I called the hotel to inform them that we would be arriving the next day and to ensure our booking would not be cancelled. The front desk clerk keep saying they are open 24hrs so we can checkin at anytime. She refused to answer my questions in regards to arriving late and would not transfer me to a manager. When we arrived at the hotel the booking was canceled and she made us wait for over 2 hours to have the situation resolved. The hotel itself was fine but with employees lacking in customer service and general politeness I would not recommend you stay here.
