Worse hotel I ever been too!

This was a nightmare and the worst hotel I have ever visited! The hotel was filthy and outdated. Very loud and noisy at night (there was 2 fights outside of our door at 1am)! Bed was sunken in and you can feel the sprang from the wore out mattress, took me a week to recover from back pain! Arab receptionist (guy with long pinky finger nail)was very rude, combative, and disrespectful! We asked for a refund but he refused, this made our stay very uncomfortable! Will never stay here again, I rather sleep outside in a tent or in my car!
