Lovely room but not a great area
Pros:

Good options for breakfast.

Cons:

Rubbish on the floor outside reception when I got there, various people smoking weed right outside. One of the men who was staying there wouldn't leave me alone. The room itself was perfect though

The People going through the lobby (I assume other clients) were dirty, cheap, loud, it made me uncomfortable. people sleeping in the lobby and the furniture in lobby was dirty

The tiles in the bathroom room is dated. The cup and ice bucket were placed over the toilet.Mattress all worn and saggy.
The front dest staff is friendly. Maintenance seems to be off.
I just assuming the owners just cares about money and not customers comfort.

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

My bedroom window lock was broken and was being held shut with a 1/2” pvc pipe. This only bothered me because I was staying on the ground floor.
