the hot tub in the room was great, unfortunately the water wasn't as warm as we would like. it would be nice if the water could be a little more warmer.

They’ve made a concerted effort to upgrade the rooms.
Pros:

The location was good, in that I had to be at an event in Costa Mesa in particular, and that it was a very short walk from a grocery store and other amenities.

Cons:

This hotel has seen some stuff. The exterior had me extremely concerned, and the fact that someone has clearly tried to pry open my room door (226) didn’t help.

Good price & location but not real safe.
Pros:

It is a nice location, close to the OC Fair grounds. The rooms are large & big tv.

Cons:

The room had a chemical smell like glue, sais something to clerk & he told me our rooms don't smell. AC extremely loud.

There is a bar that shares the same parking lot, it was extremely busy & there was no parking when we checked in at 8pm area. Lots of people drinking in parking lot. I was there with my Grandchild & definitely did not feel safe.

They require a 200 dollar deposit & tell you it will take up to 5 working days to be refunded after checking out.

Great trip as usual.
Pros:

Nice upgrades. We come here every summer. We forget about the fair. We will continue to come.

Cons:

Soap dispenser didn’t work. Toilet not secured. I didn’t tell front desk so it wasn’t a big problem

Grateful that the inside of the rooms did not look like the outside.
Pros:

We love the rooms! Comfortable beds and seemed newly upgraded.

Cons:

What we definitely did not like was the outside. It was in desperate need of a good coat of paint and some power washing. It did not give off a good first impression at all.
