Location
Even though I can’t smoke a cigarette there seemed to be alot of weed being smoked inside the building. The hall just reeked of weed.
The shower could not be used because I was not able to pull up on the faucet thing to turn the shower on and the toilet constantly ran. And the price was too high for what I paid and what I ended up getting for a room.
It was very clean
Outdated rooms, old musty carpet, old bathroom fixtures. Rates extremely high for such inferior quality.
Allowed to check in early..very helpful and appreciated
Both bathtubs appeared to have mold.
The staff was very friendly. And the breakfast was decent.
I've stayed in some pretty dodgy Super8's so I was a bit hesitant to book this one. Due to a bunch of sporting events, it was the only place in town with a room at a reasonable rate. I was pleasantly surprised with this one! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was basic but clean. And I felt safe, which is always nice when traveling alone.
Location was good. The power was out in the morning so breakfast was limited.
Adequate room.
Having the water turned off for 30+ minutes from 8:45-9:15 when I needed to take a shower before leaving to attend a 10:00 AM funeral. Guests should have been warned that the water was going to be shut off at a certain time instead of receiving no warning.
Familiar with hotel. Been going there for years. Dog friendly.
Getting too expensive, even without the $15/day surcharge for dogs.
access to bkfst.
toilet stool too low; no grab bars at all in bathing area; doorknob on bath was loose and almost falling off; pillows were plentiful, but small.
Hotel doesn’t give upgrades. They don’t care about your status because it’s a franchisee location. Use Marriott or Hilton if it’s an option for you
