It wasn't clean nor did the plumbing work properly

Of no fault of the hotel, a guest was screaming and cursing and slamming doors in the hallway at 3 a.m.
Good location, close to PNG field for Curve games, close to shopping and dining.
Rooms ok, bathroom door didn't shut, bathtub water didn't drain well, air conditioning unit off and on all night and didn't seem to cool room.
It's convenient to I-99
The staff was rude and unwelcoming. Asked for a managers name and front desk clerk, whi refused to give his name, yelled "His name is Robert!" but refused to give any last name or contact information. Complete waste of money; we ended up not even staying here. No refund.

When requesting a first floor for my dad in a wheelchair was not good they had stairs. Called before we left a week early..the young gentleman that answered was not friendly. Said we were not guaranteed anything..

The owners completely neglected to communicate with the front desk. We had informed them through Booking.com chat that we would arrive around 1 AM. Their response was that someone would be there 24/7, implying that we wouldn’t have any issues.
However, when we arrived on the day of our visit, we were delayed even further and finally reached around 5:30 AM. We didn’t bother to call or inform them about our late arrival as their message implied we would be allowed. To our dismay, when we reached the front desk, they informed us that they had no notification of our arrival and had already closed the records for the day.
We were four families with children, exhausted from a long and challenging day, seeking a place to relax and unwind, but they denied us a room because they failed to communicate with us through Booking.com chats.
It was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of communication and the closed records for the day made it a truly pathetic situation.
Even if the records were closed they should have shown some empathy and given us the room as the room was anyways available.
