Breakfast - basic/fresh donuts YET no seating. Fresh fruit (Apple/orange/banana) would have helped, especially for those not wanting or unable to eat wheat-based waffles.
There is a problem/challenge with fruit flies. I killed about 8 of them but missed a couple. I did alert staff that said he would come to the room and kill them for me (fly swatter) or he could offer me another room but for the few still left, I declined. I did alert housekeeping as well as the day front staff. Additionally: it would have helped by a small sink placard to inform that shampoo and body wash was mounted on the wall in the shower.

When I booked, it said breakfast included. When I was at the place and read the site's website it said "coffee and breakfast item" so we skipped it.
Bathroom door stuck me inside and I couldn't get out til my husband pushed the door in. There was no lock on the bathroom door; it just was not able to open from the inside. Toilet ran. When I mentioned this upon leaving, the person looked like they couldn't care less and didn't even acknowledge.
Fast check in, honored my request for a 1st floor room
Breakfast = no toast, no yogurt, no donuts.
