Stayed 2 nights due to the lack of options, and had to pay over USD 600 for 2 nights.

Room was dirty and smelled bad. Found cockroaches and reported it to the front desk. Front desk denied that that there were cockroaches on the property. He got defensive after I showed him photos and had the audacity to suggest that the cockroaches were brought in by us. Ridiculous.

I asked for room cleaning obviously after the first day, which never happened.

made me pay for cover charge on my own card even tho its a company paid expense then never refunded me my money after staying for one night wouldn't reccomend to anyone to stay there they will tell you the cover is refunded but will never send it back

Great in everyway.
Pros:

We have been going to Super 8 for 14 years. Extremely clean, and the staff is always very helpful. If we need directions to somewhere to dine, they are helpful.
Very pleased and will definitely go back.

Absolutely pathetic and a complete waste of money.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel, especially the front desk staff. That gentleman seems to be working there as a punishment. He was extremely rude and unprofessional.
This hotel shouldn’t even have a single star. The breakfast consists of nothing more than bread, butter, and coffee that doesn’t even taste good. :(
I honestly don’t understand why Wyndham manages this hotel. It’s a disgrace to the brand.
I could list so many other things, but I’m simply speechless. I have never experienced anything like this.

Just overall underwhelming. There were like 30 flies in our room. We needed to ask for toilet paper. The dog run was out of bags and that garbage was overflowing. The pet policy was not told to us til we got there despite marking that we were bringing a dog. Bfast was out of things the second day and never had fruit.

Cons:

Breakfast room facilities were in disrepair and hot food items (eggs & sausage) were left sitting out cold. The manager is also rude and incredibly unprofessional. Showed up at our door and accused us of making a mess made by other guests then refused any wrongdoing or apology when confronted with contrary evidence.

Decent area, stay was fine.
Pros:

Beds were comfy and was able to open window to air out our room. Located across the street from a Wegman's which was very convenient.

Cons:

Room had a mildew smell, dead bugs in window, noisy stomping above room, and could have used more toilet paper.
