Pros:

I liked the moment we left.

Cons:

Your hotel was disgusting and dirty. The beds were concrete, stained and smelled like homeless people. Why was EVERYTHING stained?!! Literally have slept better camping on the ground. Your hotel is a piece of junk and should be burnt to the ground. I imagine it’s a direct representation of your own family. I’m guessing goat herders? You should be ashamed to charge money to people. You stink! Absolutely gross. Losers!

Screw this place. False advertising Cats not welcome
Cons:

I didn't like the fact that although they claim to be pet friendly it only applies to dogs. I drove all day from Maryland. Only to have my reservation cancelled right in front of me when I said I have a cat. I had to rebook a place $30 more expensive down the road. All while I desperately needed some rest. Thanks a lot...

An easy affordable hotel to stop and stay at if your just passing by
Pros:

Staff was very friendly asking if we needed anything and pool was nice to enjoy

Paper thin walls. My room by exit door so open and shut all day and night. Across from staff housekeeping closet and they were loud all day.

Cats Not Welcome? Isn't Cool
Pros:

Pool was nice, room was clean. Checking in and out was fast

Cons:

Was great except the fact there was no hot tub like the ad said. Also the fact that they are pet friendly but only dogs. I have a cat that's not cool. Cats are better and cleaner. Most are litter box trained so why are they not welcome? Oh also didn't like how the bathroom had no sink the only sink was right as u walk thru the door outside the bathroom door

Pros:

Staff was super nice

Cons:

The pool was freezing. Literally no heat at all. There were ants in the room. I told the manager but nothing was done about it

If it wasn't for the poor cell and Wi-Fi it would have been better.
Pros:

The room was nice and big. It was quiet even though it was by the highway and bridges.

Cons:

The feel phone service (Verizon) inside the building was terrible. The Wi-Fi also barely worked and was never fixed during my time. Making things like using my cell or watching TV (brought my own streaming stick) very difficult.

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Staff were not friendly and downright rude at times. Lights flickering throughout the building in the afternoon. The staff were cussing about it possibly be people with "things plugged in that shouldn't be" causing the issues. No towels in pool area and pool was dirty. Staff was more concerned with unopened water bottles being in the pool area than kids running and jumping into the pool.
