Pros:

The desk clerk was extremely friendly.

Cons:

We only had a shower. Im not sure if I needed to request that when I booked but a tub after a long drive would of been wonderful.

My complaint was no chair to set on except a desk chair. I will not stay there again.

Good price. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in room. Pillows were not flat

Cons:

Given room next to outside door at the end of the hallway so lots of traffic past room. Bath tub didn't drain easy. No actual comforter only two thinner blankets that were rougher fabric. TV picture was grainy

Nice stay.
Pros:

It was fine. A clean, comfortable hotel - not luxurious but solid. The staff was friendly and helpful. Visiting families seemed to be having a good time and my room was quiet.

Cons:

The exterior looked dull.

Pros:

Location was close to shopping and food

Cons:

Our reserved room had a jacuzzi tub but the door wouldn’t lock so we had to downgrade which they refunded the difference which was good.

Confusing layout. Elevator in the back but a lot of stairs in weird places.
