Pros:

I haven't stayed at a Super 8 for years... I was pleasantly surprised! Very clean as soon as you walk in the door you know that staff cares about the facility and when you walk into the room you feel and sense that the rooms are taken care of and clean!

Even though I booked like 6 weeks in advance I was given an ADA room that had a broken toilet seat and not adequately clean.

Room and Bathroom was neat & clean

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was unable to get a good night's rest because of a noisy ice machine situated directly outside my door, as well as conversations and hallway noise from passing guests that were clearly audible inside the room. The sound was continuous throughout the night. I strongly suggest improving room soundproofing and moving ice machines to common areas such as the lobby or breakfast room to prevent disturbing guests.

Pros:

The location. Was pretty close to the area we had to conduct business.

Cons:

Outdated rooms. Lots of damage. Phone was broken. The room above us was very loud. Called the front desk and nothing was done about it.
