Pros:

I really liked this hotel. It is clean, friendly service, good location, less than 2 hours from Gran Canyon and 30 minutes from Snowbowl, good breakfast included and a good price—offering excellent value for money.

Pros:

Everything was good except my bulb went out in my lamp on my side of the bed

Cons:

I told the first desk clerk in the day then when I came back it still was out. I called the second clerk and she came to 124 to switch it out. I am sorry I didn't get her name but she went over above.

Highly Recommended, Would Absolutely Stay Here Again
Pros:

Exceptionally clean & quiet, very comfortable bed, operable window (a big plus), very accommodating staff. And for breakfast there was a "flavor of the day" waffle batter (raspberry) along with the standard batter. A small thing, but a nice touch.

Cons:

Instant coffee machine for breakfast?!? C'mon, let's do real coffee!

Not a very clean room and again as I mentioned in my additional comments, the dog ear smell was so strong
Pros:

The room had the strongest smell of dog pee, old dog pee I was traveling with my service animal who has been potty trained since a puff. He is now four years old. He was not happy and he had a very restless sleep. They were fleas on the bed I just don’t feel like anybody should have to stay in those conditions. Not like a hint of dog pee and overwhelming smell of dog pee, and Ozium didn’t touch it. I slept maybe an hour and a half on interrupted other than that there’s a pretty quiet place but that alone was enough to make it one of my worst stays
