O alojamento foi arrombado, fui roubado, levaram os meu documentos, dinheiro e todos os bens eletronicos que se encontravam no alojamento. Perdi 9 bilhetes de passagens que eu tinha comprado para outros paises, porque os nossos passaportes foi levado na mochila.
O senhorio foi prestativo no momento e nos ajudou com com a policia tal mais até o momento ninguem responsabilizou pelo nosso prejuizo. O alojamento não tinha câmara e a fechadura aparentemente não era das melhores. Foi a viajem mais traumatica que eu já fiz.

The "Summer Sauna" Experience: 1/10
At 30°C (86°F), the apartment transformed into a localized heatwave. Staying inside for an afternoon nap wasn't an option unless we wanted to bake, so we actually had to pay to hang out in air-conditioned cafes just to survive. The provided floor fan put up a brave fight, but my son’s tiny handheld battery fan literally blew it out of the water. Opening the windows brought in a breeze, but it also invited the entire street’s midnight noise party directly into our bedroom.

Housekeeping & Maintenance: 2/10

Bedding: Came with free bonus dust and "mystery hair" left behind by previous guests. Charming!

The Throne: The toilet seat is playing a dangerous game of dodgeball—it’s so loose it practically feels like a rodeo ride, and the flush requires a small miracle to actually work. Fix this before a guest takes an accidental tumble!

Wi-Fi: Took a 24-hour vacation on Day 1, but the host did get it sorted out by Day 2.

Limpieza, sábanas manchadas

There were a few things that could definitely be improved. We didn't receive any check-in instructions through Booking.com and had to contact the host via WhatsApp to get the necessary information. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building without an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up around five flights of stairs.

The entrance to the building had a strong smell of urine, and one morning we woke up to find that the apartment itself also smelled like it, which was very unpleasant. Since the apartment is on the top floor, it became extremely hot during the day, and the portable AC unit wasn't powerful enough to cool it down. The balcony was a nice feature but was quite dirty and could use a proper deep clean.

The area is also fairly noisy, so sleeping with the windows open wasn't ideal. While that's not something the host can control, it's worth keeping in mind if you're a light sleeper.

The toilet didn't flush properly, and the amount of toilet paper provided wasn't enough for our stay.

One thing that made us uncomfortable was that, while my friend was alone in the apartment, someone unlocked the front door and entered without any prior notice. It was likely the host or someone working for them, but a heads-up would have been appreciated.

Finally, we found a bedbug in one of the beds, which was by far the biggest downside of our stay.

The flush of the toilet was malfunctioning and it was constantly running a bit of water into the toilet, which was a bit loud a night. The floor wasn’t very well vacuumed and we found a toenail on the floor as soon as we came in. Water pressure is so high it hurts in the shower, which doesn’t have a holder for the shower head.

La pulizia dell'appartamento non era il massimo, la tavoletta del WC era rotta e in particolare la presenza di insetti che mi hanno punto durante tutto il mio soggiorno. Ogni mattina mi svegliavo con delle punture di collo e sulla faccia. Sicuramente da risolvere disinfettando e pulendo meglio le lenzuola ed i cuscini

A cama não era má de todo, mas uma das almofadas da cama principal era péssima, deviam investir em almofadas confortáveis. Quando chegámos ao alojamento a casa de banho não tinha papel hegienico, deduzo por esquecimento de reposição, mas o anfitrião na manhã seguinte nos facultou, inclusive o ferro de engomar que solicitei, atendendo estar em trabalho.
Para quem tem mobilidade mais reduzida não é de todo um alojamento recomendável pela questão de estar localizado num quarto piso com bastante escadas.

Although the view was beautiful it was quite noisy, making it hard to sleep at night, but we knew that beforehand.

Kleine kamer voor drie personen, maar wisten we op voorhand.

L appartamento è all ultimo piano del palazzo ed è molto caldo. Il piccolo condizionatore presente non riesce a rinfrescare l ambiente nelle giornate molto calde. Non c è il lavandino nell angolo cucina e le stoviglie vanno lavate in bagno.
