Basic room for good price, but there were several things wrong with the room.
Pros:

Rooms are large, clean, and bed is very comfortable.

Cons:

The remote for my TV didn’t work. it turned the TV on but none of the buttons worked beyond that. Also, NONE of the four bathroom outlets worked. I pressed the reset buttons but they were all dead. In order to use my hair dryer I had to plug into an outlet in the room that was not near the mirror. Very inconvenient. There is also no full length mirror in the room.

Pros:

Location-wise was very convenient for concert goers (sofi stadium, intuit dome, kia forum). just needed a place to sleep for the night and check in/check out was quick. just don't pre-pay online, wait to pay in person so you don't get double charged.

Pros:

The staff was very nice. I accidentally left a bag and they were very easy to communicate with and getting it back. I live pretty far so I was already home by the time I realized I left it so I had to drive three hours back and it was such a quick exchange.

Cons:

A couple things I didn’t like about this property was that the beds only had three pillows so it was very uncomfortable. The pillows were really flat. I called and asked for some extra ones. They said that they would bring it never did the smoke free hotel but I got back in my room smell like weed and I don’t smoke weed. I preferred to stay upstairs. She had told me it’s sold out understandable but the people above us were walking around banging their feet at like three in the morning so it was very annoying a car alarm went off every morning at the same time. housekeeping was nice. They came and checked up on. Asked me if we didn’t need anything.
