Perfect spot between the Aria, Cosmopolitan and Bellagio casinos. The room has a stunning view and I was surprised at how close the helicopters come as they fly past!!! You could honestly look out the windows all day and simply enjoy the hustle and bustle. Awesome facilities, spacious bedrooms and a fantastic common area for hanging out. Best part of staying here was that there is no casino below you, so you're not obliged to drop that quick couple of hundred on your way to bed!!! Also no stinky cigarette or cigar smell when you come down in the elevator in the morning. Staff were awesome, Jake at the desk was an absolute pleasure, taxi rank attendants were cheerful and helpful every time.
No fault of the room, but the elevators would sometimes get stuck on the ground floor when trying to go up. Not really a big deal. More of a minor nuisance than anything.
Good location to the strip with no resort fees yet easy access to the Aria and Bellagio without the need to go out to the strip to come back in
Property was looking a bit tired with regards to the furniture, appreciate it was a private suite but could do with it being more like a hotel where the maids come in to make beds up and take out the rubbish as this was extra
It was nice
There is so much wrong with this visit that there's not enough space to list at all but I will do my best for future visitors. The good or as follow. Wonderful view of the Las Vegas Strip, security at the elevator to go upstairs, valet parking included in the owner's luxury Suite, the size of the two bedroom two and a half bathroom Suite was excellent, valet parking included.
Now for the bad. They made us way 2 hours to check in so we didn't check in until after 5:00 p.m.. the elevator had duct tape holding a wooden panel which was so tacky and all of the elevators I use were in disrepair, lobby bathroom was in disrepair, the hotel suite that we stayed in was in disrepair from the woodwork all around in every room to the drapes not really being held in place properly to the dirty carpet and sofas. No housekeeping and the owners Suites was a big negative. Being charged for coffee doesn't really make sense to me. The furniture and the suite was very dated and old and dirty. The carpets and the hotel suite were dirty and spotted. There was no restaurant in the Vdara. I can understand no Casino in order to make the place a little more luxurious but that was not the case. The TVs in both bathrooms were old and very dated. Drapes were dirty and there was no pots pans or silverware in the kitchen. I will not be staying there again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. If you're looking for something that is high in and luxury try a more established and new hotel and resort.
We had a wonderful stay at Vdara. The suite offered an excellent, stunning panoramic view that truly elevated our experience. The host was very nice, with great communication, always quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. They also approved our request promptly, which made our day smooth and stress-free. Overall, an outstanding experience — highly recommended!
Really nice suite, amazing view of surroundings
My suite was fantastic. The one thing I would recommend is that the property fix the shower handle (Room 32024). The handle is loose and it is difficult to figure out how to control the temperature of the water - I feel like it will cause wasted water usage if not fixed.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The view was amazing! The whole experience was outstanding and beyond expectations.
Excellent location and very easy to access . The layout was perfect for a family of 6 with pull-out bed in the main area.
A total of 3 bathrooms made it very usable.
The place definitely
No cleaning at all
Room was good. Basically came as advertised.
The black-out curtains are not good. Do very little to block out the light and the bedroom gets light very early in the morning.
In addition, the window in the living room that faces the door did not have functioning curtain. So in the morning, light comes right through to the glass bedroom door.
Kind of annoying that the cutlery that gets provided is plastic. Called housing keeping for metal cutlery and was told that there was a charge for that.
Absolutely amazing time at the Vdara. Great space, location, and the staff was top notch. We had a suite with the view of the fountains and the tv channel that plays the music accompaniment took the experience to the next level. We will definitely be back to again in 2026.
Staff did not let us into the room until well after check in. They were unable to provide an ETA and it required standing in the very busy check in line three times. We walked the strip, ate, shopped, and came back to be told it wasn’t ready still hours later. We requested additional items which were never added to the room until calling the front desk. The room also did not receive the appropriate amount of sheets and pillows even though all guests were registered. I even emailed them ahead of time by a week and reminded them at the desk only for these to be missing. While the staff was friendly enough, these things compounded into an experience I’ve never had before in Vegas. We had just stayed in the cosmo two nights prior to this check in and the difference was night and day.
We loved the location & view from the hotel.
All the inconveniences of home, only on vacay.
We wanted to love this secret suite, but unfortunately it leaves a lot to be desired. The view is incredible. Communications from the front desk were responsive and kind.
However, the amount of issues led us to desire the comforts of a real hotel room.
We arrived to a pair of men’s boxer briefs on the floor in our closet and hair around our tub. We reported both and housekeeping cleaned the bathroom and emptied the trash where we threw away the boxers.
On the first day, we also reported that the handle for our toilet required holding it down for an extended time to work. By day three it was no longer operational and finally replaced after another report to maintenance.
We reported the dishwasher wasn’t functional on day one. When we returned, it had been run by a maintenance worker, but the soap never dispensed. The second maintenance person confirmed it was broke and required replacement. On day three, tired of handwashing our own glasses and coffee cups, we requested more and were informed by another service worker that they had reports of the broken dishwasher several times, but it requires replacement authorization by the owner.
The furniture is worn and fingerprints and scratches on all the metal and glass throughout. With much needed upgrades this could be a great suite.
We got the room with full kitchen so we could do breakfast and lunch there. There was 2 microwaves. Neither worked. One the door woukdnt shut. Coffee maker didnt heat prooerly and without microwave we couldnt warm them up. No toaster. No utensils. All cupboards empty. They gave us a $100 credit but it cost us more than every day for 4 people over 4 days getting breakfast, lunch and coffees out. Refused to do any better. No one ever fixed or replaced anything.
