Funcionários super solicitos, tudo bem limpinho e organizado. Café da manhã variado!

Cons:

Os quartos precisam de isolamento sonoro, tem bares por perto q fazem barulho até tarde. Sem contar que tivemos problemas com Wi-Fi que n pegava muito bem no quarto, e a água do chuveiro não esquentava por nada no primeiro dia. Mas após reclamar, eles resolveram rapidinho!

Adorei o hotel e tudo que ele proporciona! Quarto extremamente aconchegante e com espaço excelente, fiquei impressionada quando entrei pela primeira vez. O pessoal do hotel são agradáveis e prestativos, ajudando os hospedes com tudo. Fiquei extremamente satisfeita e voltarei mais vezes.

Cons:

A localização não é das melhores, mas sinceramente tudo em Vitória da Conquista é um pouco longe, então não nos atrapalhou.

Pros:

A equipe é muito atenciosa e o café da manhã é bom. O quarto é espaçoso e as camas são confortáveis. A internet funcionou bem.

Cons:

O banheiro tem alguns problemas. Por algum motivo é muito difícil equilibrar a temperatura da água no chuveiro. Além disso, o caimento do piso foi feito errado, então a água do box inunda um pouco o banheiro.
