Breakfast was great! Tunisia was very helpful and answered all of my questions with a smile. My room was comfortable and clean.

My fiancé and I stayed at the hotel for about 20 days while I was transitioning to Charlotte for work, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The housekeeping team, along with Vince, Sidney, and Bridgette, made our extended stay incredibly easy and comfortable. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond really made a difference during our time there.

We stayed at the Northlake Home2Suites in Charlotte NC. We had our dog with us and they made us feel very welcomed. They were so accommodating and friendly. Bridgette, Sidney and Francesco were fantastic and so helpful. Every staff member that we came in contact with was the same way. Outside dog walking areas were wonderful and out of the way of traffic which is exactly what we wanted. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Home2Suites!

We stayed for 16 days! The staff (Vince, Bridgette, and Sidney) made our stay amazing. They treated us like family. Our room was always tidy and clean. Absolutely loved the gym and pool. Highly recommend!
