Top en zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit
Pros:

De locatie was top, aan de voet van Montjuic, dichtbij de fira en op 1 minuut van de metro. Ondanks dat was het hotel stil en relaxed. Het ontbijt was ook uitgebreid en erg lekker.

Cons:

Geen verbeteringen eigenlijk.

Pros:

西班牙廣場是巴塞隆那的交通樞紐，不論是要進出火車站、機場、景點，都極為方便，地點極好。
有高品質的硬體設施、非常舒服的床、空間雖小卻設計得非常符合旅人所需，三件行李攤開仍有行走空間。
衛浴很寬敞且乾濕分離淋浴的水完全不會外漏。
清潔人員、bell man態度友善。
早餐非常新鮮美味，餐廳的工作人員服務非常好。

淋浴水壓過小，以至水溫不穩定。
訂房後飯店來訊要求透過其訊息中提供的連結再次付款，為僅慎起見，我應booking.com的要求更改信用卡資訊，仍然再次被飯店拒絕，飯店不接受旅客向booking提供的刷卡資訊，要求旅客另外點擊連結刷卡，須完全按照飯店要求才能訂房成功，在現今詐騙橫行的年代，前後多次的刷卡動作讓人感到不安。
我訂的是行政雙人房（2 single beds or 1 double bed)，備註要求2 single beds，入住發現給的是1 double bed且為邊間、牆壁頃斜、房內還多了一根突兀的柱子，我要求至少換為2 single beds，櫃檯人員態度強硬，說只能無償降等才有雙床房，我只好勉為其難同意。
入住當天該櫃檯小姐詢問是否要預訂早餐，並表示入住當天預訂可享每人2€優惠，於是我訂了隔天的早餐，退房時卻被要求以全額付費，櫃台表示電腦沒有註記我有提前預訂，堅持多收4€，我要求他電詢當天那位小姐，他才勉強按優惠價結算。
四天住宿期間接觸過的櫃檯人員態度都極強硬，且每次進出經過櫃檯，不知為何他們從來不抬頭跟旅客打招呼，反倒只有bell man 至少會跟旅客有眼神至意，整個前檯給人非常奇怪不友善的氛圍。

Hotelul amplasat foarte aproape de metrou.
Camera dubla superior nu foarte spatioasa, dar frumoasa, suficienta pentru un sejur scurt.

Aamiainn oli todella hyvä. Sijainti oli todella hyvä liikkumiselle julkisilla.

Cons:

Illalla kirjautumiseen meni yli 25 min. vaikka olimme tehneet jo sähköisen kirjautumisen. Se tuntui lapsen kanssa 22 jälkeen aika pitkältä odotukselta.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Excellent location with the metro, shopping centre and bus stops next to it. Plenty of landmarks and green spaces nearby. Great as a central location.
Housekeeping staff extremely helpful and friendly, top ladies.

Cons:

Limited reception staff and had to wait a long time to check in, even though I had already completed online check in.

Estancia agradable.
Pros:

Para nuestra sorpresa fuimos elegidos aleatoriamente como clientes VIP del día. Por lo que no pagamos parking ni desayuno.
El hotel está bastante actualizado, habitación confortable.

Cons:

La cama hacia bastante ruido cuando te girabas, apoyabas, movías etc. A pesar que el colchón era cómodo. Las almohadas un poco blandas, tienes que dormir con dos si quieres algo de estabilidad
