the front desk lady told me a smoothie was $9 (it’s like $3 in the store ) so put it back , and she still charged me …..
It’s was near everything. The rooms were amazing . The energy and vibe was very mature.
Peaceful stay
It was clean , everyone was really nice and helpful . The relaxing outside area was great .
I loved everything.
The property was great, but the management changed my booking and dropping him more money
Everything ..
Nothing !
Clean hotel and rooms. Location is not the best and it's not walkable, but its off highway and in a cluster of Marriott properties. Felt very safe there and Aniya and Meagan were very customer friendly.
Love the outside patio with the fire . We could enjoy the night time air
Don’t go to the McDonalds next door. It takes forever
I didn’t stay at the property the front desk was not friendly and was rude as hell so i canceled
the property didn’t tell me it was a350 deposit until after i arrived there. and lady was rude
The bed was extremely comfy
The staff was absent upon check in, to which I was put in a potentially dangerous situation. A strange male approached me and began asking personal questions and making me uncomfortable for at least 20 minutes before staff showed up to check me in.
The rooms were nice, with modern updates, and there was plenty of parking.
The hotel had good reviews, but our experience was nowhere near as good as expected.
First, and most importantly, I have to mention something that was honestly disgusting. We travel a lot, and this was one of the grossest things I’ve ever seen in a hotel. One of the hotel employees was standing right next to the food/bar area clipping his nails with nail clippers while talking to hotel guests. I have never seen anything like that before. It was absolutely disgusting, unhygienic, and extremely unprofessional. Basic common sense should tell anyone that this is not something you do at work, especially not near food.
Second, we were very disappointed that the pool was not working, and no one informed us about this at check-in. We specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool, and that was one of the main reasons we booked it.
Third, they advertise breakfast for purchase, but it’s not really breakfast — it’s more like a few quick snack options. So just be aware: this hotel does not really offer a proper breakfast, paid or complimentary.
The coffee situation was also disappointing. The coffee machine in the room was tiny and felt very cheap, and there was no complimentary coffee available in the lobby. For a hotel, I expected much better.
In the bathroom, the shampoo dispenser was literally peeling off the wall.
The internet also did not work. When I went to the front desk and explained that I couldn’t connect and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, the employee just said, “Well, what can I do?”
Overall, this was not a pleasant stay at all, and unfortunately the experience did not match the reviews.
I loved the location. The rooms were very clean and provided ample towels. The bartender was FANTASTIC. I can't remember his name, but he's a true mixologist. The fridge could've been bigger, but we made it work. I loved the huge size of the bathroom. TV was a very nice size, with ample channels plus YouTube and Netflix options. Hot water in bathroom is VERY hot... LOVE that!
I didn't love that a tour bus took up the parking near our room. Also, to not offer breakfast, at least continental, is really horrible for a Marriott property. I didn't expect that, bc every Marriott property I've ever been to offered a hot breakfast. I also didn't like that not even complimentary coffee was available. Yes, there was a small one in the room, but humans are weird and you don't know what people do with those things. You do NOT want to use those. Literally everything was an expense. To not have ANY of those amenities and STILL have to pay for parking, I thought was in very poor taste. Also, the beds were quite flat and not comfortable. And lastly, the AC unit seemed to only work some of the time. Barely had air coming out. I even turned the "power" button off to test it, and it kept going!!!
