Recommended for nightlife
Pros:

立地は徒歩圏内で飲みに行けるので夜の徳島を満喫できます
チェックアウト延長可能ですが、立地上基本料で11時以降だと尚使いやすいと思います。
部屋はシンプルですが、広めで清潔感もありました。若干のラブホ感はありますが、その分リーズナブルなので許容範囲だと思います。
スタッフの応対も親切で良かったので
また利用したいです。

コストパフォーマンスは高いです
Pros:

出張で利用させて頂きました。
コストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。
ビジネスホテルの風呂はユニットと非常に狭いですが、トイレとバスが独立しており、浴槽も足を伸ばせてゆっくりと浸かれます。
ただ今回泊まった部屋はシャワー付きトイレではなかったのが残念でした。

Pros:

お部屋やベッドも広かったです。
多分以前はラブホかな？入り口や部屋の作りがそんな感じでした。
お風呂も広かったので湯船でくつろげましたし、シャンプー、ボディソープもNB品がそろっていて持っていったものを使わずに済みました。
安いビジホに泊まるのと同じくらいで快適に過ごせました。

広いが暗い
Pros:

元々ラブホなのが気にならないのであれば部屋。ベッド。風呂全部広く快適だがせめて部屋の照明は明るくして欲しい。部屋も洗面台も照明が暗怪しくメイクがしにくかった。部屋に冷蔵庫、湯沸かし器あるのにティーバッグがない。フロントに聞くとコーヒーやお茶の有料のルームサービスはあるがティー、コーヒーなどはないと。何の為の湯沸かし器なのか？直ぐ近くにキョーエイのスーパーマーケットあるので買い出しに行き部屋で食べたが暗すぎてくつろげない。

写真からはプチホテルのようなイメージでしたが、ラブホでした。小綺麗にしてあるし、スタッフの方は親切でしたが。

立地条件がいいです。
Pros:

接客も丁寧で安心して宿泊する事ができました。思っていたより立地条件がよく、スーパーも近くになり、格安旅行をする方にはおすすめします。価格も家族で宿泊しても破格です。また機会があれば利用したく思います。
