Не ожиданно взяли депозит практически в размере стоимости проживания. Депозит до сих пор не возвращен. То есть, по сути, из моего бюджета вывели более чем на неделю двойную стоимость проживания. В Вашей информации о бронировании такая ситуация не освещалась. Полагаю НАДО ПРЕДУПРЕЖДАТЬ!

Изображена детская комната, но ее нет и нет ничего для детей, кроме бассейна, но он больше для малышей, там глубина 10 см. В обычный бассейн не пускали без шапочки, просили купить,
