Nous bloquer 600$ pour 2 chambres nous faire payer le tout en 4 paiements rien pour déjeuner payer 20$ par personne pour avoir des oeufs brouillés des saucisses et des patates . Le buffets était médiocre. Du melon d'eau défraîchi et des raisins même pas croquants.
Propreté et localisation . Personnel très serviable et gentil
Very nice hotel, modern, large rooms, good facility, clean room, quiet AC. Comfortable beds. Free parking. Modern and clean bathroom. Coffee machine, small refrigerator. Feel comfortable to book, highly recommended.
Housekeeping knocks on doors at 9-10 AM whether or not you have "do not disturb" sign on. They don't care apparently, trying to kick you out I guess, asking you "are you leaving today if so when" type on unnecessary questions. Never seen anything like this before. Still good hotel.
Excellent service
Dull area, but is a business location and good for airport. One night was perfect following arrival.
Overall stay was good
We had an issue with the wash basin in the bathroom, it was choking. We called the receptionist and they sent someone and got it fixed.
I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at Hilton Garden Inn Brampton. My car was stolen from the hotel parking lot, and instead of receiving support from the hotel staff, I was left feeling completely helpless. I waited for hours trying to get assistance, but the general manager was unavailable, and no one from management seemed willing or able to help me during an emergency.
As a guest, I expected at least some concern, guidance, or assistance with security footage, contacting authorities, or simply checking on my situation. Instead, I was left dealing with the theft on my own while being extremely stressed and worried about my personal belongings and important documents that were inside the vehicle.

No mirror in the lift isn’t good at all for such property ! Kindly put one .
Pls the rooms should be cleaned all day except the client says otherwise. Instead of once in an every two days cleaning. Aside that it’s perfect.
Again breakfast should be added to room payment . Stop embracing people when they come down

Everything was A1: beautiful hotel, good breakfast, comfortable beds.
Only « down » side is the location. It is situated in an industrial area: 10 minutes drive to restaurants.
