Ottimo punto d'appoggio per esplorare Monaco
Pros:

Appartamento moderno, arredato in maniera elegante e attrezzato con accessori di qualità. Posizione eccezionalmente comoda, a un passo da una fermata della metropolitana piuttosto vicina al centro: abbiamo potuto lasciare l'auto in garage (dietro pagamento) e dimenticarcela per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. Nello stesso palazzo c'è una pizzeria e a breve distanza un carinissimo Biergarten.

Cons:

Anche se le comunicazioni sono avvenute sempre a distanza, come pure il check-in e il check-out, il personale è sempre stato cortese e preciso; l'unico neo si è verificato nell'arco del weekend, quando non è stato possibile reperire nessuno per risolvere un piccolo disguido: nel caso di una necessità urgente, questo avrebbe potuto essere un problema. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato comunque più che soddisfacente: se torneremo in città, faremo volentieri di nuovo tappa qui.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Stuttgart, l'appartement est bien décoré, très propre et fonctionnel. Le parking facile et gratuit devant. Il n'est pas loin du musée Mercedes Benz et du stade de Stuttgart. Nous espérons y retourner

Cons:

3eme sans ascenseur, mais signalé dans l'annonce.
Pas très bien indiqué, nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver

Pros:

Odaların genişlikleri ve klima sistemi iyiydi. Odada bırakılan ikramlıklar da kaliteliydi. Taleplerimizle ilgili takım epeyce yardımcı oldu. KOnum olarak Metro duraklarına çok yakındı ve Marienplatz'a gitmek 15dk civarı sürüyordu. Bu gezme anlamında çok rahatlatıcı oldu.

Cons:

Acil sorunlarda takıma hemen ulaşamamak sorun oldu. Mesela çıkış günümüz olan Cumartesi günü check-out saatimizi 12 olarak teyitleşmemize rağmen 11.40 gibi odaya geldiğimizde kapı kartımız çalışmadı ve baya panikledik. Bu tip durumlarda kartların süreleri buna göre ayarlanmalı ve güncellenmeli.

Acomodação é maravilhoso o espaço os vidro daí claridade ao ambiente, o quintal pode ser mais limpo retirar as gramas tem plantas espinhosas

Acomodação é maravilhosa, meu problema foi com os funcionários do suporte, quando eu fiz a reserva recebi a informação que receberia um email ou whatsapp para fazer check online não recebi nada no meu email, cheguei no local as 19:20 da noite já não tinha ninguém na sala onde fica a máquina de fazer o check que pudesse me abrir a porta para fazer, tive que esperar um hóspede aparecer para abrir a porta e realizar, liguei na central não tive auxílio de alguém que falasse inglês somente alemão algo que me deixou bravo, o whatsapp que eles deixa no cartas na porta não existe, algo que poderia ter sido mais fácil.

Pros:

Appartamento comodo, c'è spazio per tutto, pulito, cucina attrezzata. Ci sono tutti i trasporti vicino, metro tram bici e monopattini.

Cons:

Ci sarebbe ancora più comodo avere delle ciabatte perché il pavimento è un po' freddo per camiminare a piedi nudi.

La ubicación, pegado al metro.

Cons:

Reservamos para 4 adultos y eran 2 sofá camas. Todo el mismo ambiente. El lavavajillas estaba rotó (el cajon tirado en el piso). Las fotos se ve distintas en relación a la realidad.

Pros:

Very good location. A 35-minute-walk from Oktoberfest, 2-minutes away from the U-Bahn (Metro).
We also arrived right when the staff was supposed to leave but they were so kind and still offered to help us! The space was nice and had everything we needed.

Apartment schön großzügig geschnitten

Cons:

Kein Frühstück möglich. Aber ne Bar neben dem Hotel zum morgentlichen Kaffee ist auch okay
