Descubriendo Munich.
Pros:

La situación del edificio. Cerca de la entrada al metro, cerca de supermercados y de gasolinera. Había secador manual, no de pared.

Cons:

El aparcamiento del coche. En la calle zona azul y la plaza del garaje 18€/día.
Había poco menaje.

Pros:

Все загалом сподобалось. Помешкання відповідало опису і фото. Було чисто.

Cons:

Виникли проблеми під час заселення з адресою, але незважаючи на вихідний день швидко отримали зворотній звʼязок і можливість припаркувати авто у паркінгу.

A very convenient and family-friendly place to stay in Munich.
Pros:

We stayed at Brera Serviced Apartments Munich West from March 24–28. Check-in was quick and easy via the self-service machine. The location is excellent—less than 10 minutes from the main station and just 50 meters from Westendstraße U-Bahn, making sightseeing very convenient.

Wir haben vom 24.03.–28.03. im Brera Serviced Apartments Munich West übernachtet. Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert über den Automaten. Die Lage ist sehr gut—unter 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof und nur ca. 50 Meter von der U-Bahn-Station Westendstraße entfernt.

Das Apartment war sauber, komfortabel und gut für unsere Familie mit zwei Kindern geeignet. Das Personal war per E-Mail und Telefon gut erreichbar.

Cons:

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and suitable for our family with two children. Staff were responsive via email and phone. One improvement would be to provide basic cleaning equipment for longer stays, as cleaning costs extra (€50), although towels are replaced for free.

Ein Verbesserungspunkt wäre, bei längeren Aufenthalten Reinigungsutensilien bereitzustellen, da die Reinigung extra kostet (50 €), Handtücher jedoch kostenlos gewechselt werden.

Gut ausgestattet und tolle Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Service für die Fragen vor dem Check-in, gut ausgestattete kleine Küche sogar mit ordentlicher Teflonpfanne, genügend Handtücher, große Schränke!

Cons:

Im Bad müsste das ein oder andere repariert werden, außerdem hatte ich nachts leider einen sehr lauten Nachbarn unter mir. Nachts ist aber keine Rezeption besetzt bzw. kein Servicepersonal vor Ort. Die anderen zwei Nächte waren relativ ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage an der Westendstraße, aber die Fenster sind dicht.

Pros:

Es war sauber und ordentlich. Die Anbindungen zu Öffis waren top.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen waren leider schrecklich.
Leider erst vor Ort gemerkt, dass man den Parkplatz im voraus hätte buchen müssen(unser fehler). Die Suche nach einem öffentlichen Parkplatz war schwierig.

Grundsätzlich schönes Apartment.

Cons:

Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht, es war aber nur ein Bett gerichtet. Auch nur Handtücher für 2 Personen. Auf der Matratze vom Schlafsofa waren einige schwarze lange Haare, Kisseninley war fleckig.
