The hotel was beautiful. When we got to our room it smelled and looked very clean. The cleaning staff and guest service employees were very friendly and helpful. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. I loved the shower it was larger and had good amount of hot water and water pressure.
There were two of us and there wasn’t enough towels for two people. We had to call to get another set of towels. Between the train horns and low flying planes passing over it wasn’t a very restful night. We kept a fan running to try and drown out the noise. There was no complimentary breakfast. The dining room offered breakfast (pricey) that was sub par in comparison to the hotel. The eggs were dry and flavorless. The hash browns were the frozen square kind not at all what you’d expect from a hotel of this type. Our toast didn’t come out with our meal and by the time we got it our eggs were cold. Orange juice wasn’t offered with the meal but an additional $5. Very disappointing.

I had a great stay. Staff everywhere in all departments were so attentive, friendly, professional and mindful. I was especially impressed with Jalily who was present overseeing for breakfast in the club lounge. She stood out because she greeted everyone with a great warm and friendly smile and presence. Jalily accommodated guests with customer service professionalism assisting in whatever way needed to provide a pleasant experience.
Spacious public areas and room.
Feels tired but comfortable for one night. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed ( barkeep and check in )
Check in was a breeze, our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the juices and snacks from the lounge which we were able to visit because of our Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite status. Breakfast was delicious and selection of items generous. We will stay here again when in town.
The ambiance and esthetics of the hotel
A bit overpriced because no complementary anything, outside of the lemon water downstairs in the waiting area.
Size of room and location was good
It was so dirty. There was a dirty fingernail on our floor, leftover jewelry on the sink, dirty cups and a stained and ripped couch. We asked for an extra sheet to put over the couch and never for it.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in Florida in January. Overall, the location is excellent and the amenities are great, which made our stay enjoyable.
However, we did experience an issue with housekeeping. On two occasions after our room was serviced, we were left without any towels. It appeared there may have been a shortage of clean towels, and unfortunately we were not provided with replacements until the next day, which was inconvenient.
That said, we would really like to recognize Jalila, the members lounge attendant. During her shifts, the lounge was always clean, well organized, and fully stocked. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, and truly made a positive difference in our stay.
With some improvement in housekeeping consistency, this hotel could be an even better experience.
The rooms were newly renovated clean and comfortable.
The front desk person didn't seem to be to experience in the Job.
