Pros:

Great hotel. Excellent amenities. Newly renovated rooms was a pleasure. Sheraton lounge was amazing, Jalila was wonderful and made us feel at home.

Una agrado a un precio razonable
Pros:

Que tuviera una kitchinet, una sala de estar y un dormitorio separados, la amabilidad del personal, en general, todo muy agradable y que el agua estuviera incluida y siempre dispuesta en el refrigerador de la recepción,

No me gustan la puertas de granero para los baños, pero eso es un gusto personal

The hotel is beautiful and affordable

Cons:

The front desk attendant Shay very disrespectful, no class, and does not like her job as we can tell. She didn't just disrespect me but others. I don't want her to get fired but she definitely needs more training on how to treat others and be written up for her behavior

Amazing hotel!!!!
Pros:

This hotel is fantastic!
It has large rooms, a great shower in the bathroom, super comfortable beds, an excellent breakfast, and also meals available for lunch and dinner. The bar area is also very pleasant, with staff who are always in a good mood to serve you. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful and clean but do not recommend dining there.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. When we got to our room it smelled and looked very clean. The cleaning staff and guest service employees were very friendly and helpful. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. I loved the shower it was larger and had good amount of hot water and water pressure.

Cons:

There were two of us and there wasn’t enough towels for two people. We had to call to get another set of towels. Between the train horns and low flying planes passing over it wasn’t a very restful night. We kept a fan running to try and drown out the noise. There was no complimentary breakfast. The dining room offered breakfast (pricey) that was sub par in comparison to the hotel. The eggs were dry and flavorless. The hash browns were the frozen square kind not at all what you’d expect from a hotel of this type. Our toast didn’t come out with our meal and by the time we got it our eggs were cold. Orange juice wasn’t offered with the meal but an additional $5. Very disappointing.
