Excelente opção. Muito perto do trem para o aeroporto.

Muito perto da linha de trem que leva para o aeroporto de Miami. Funcionários muito prestativos.

Pros:

The bathroom door was broken. The room was hot all night. We were miserable. When we did speak to the front desk person she was rude and condescending towards my husband and said your not going to get your money back! Never again!

It's clean and that's about it.
Needs a lot of repairs.
Ice machines don't work. had to go to 3 floors to find a working one.
Had dinner at restaurant, every single thing we ordered was wrong. Ordered meat Samosas, got Vegan. ordered roasted potatoes, the were OLD and cold!! Husband ordered caesar salad, had no cheese. Ordered Marguerite pizza..no Basil, no olive oil.. had onions, shouldn't have.
I'm now laying in bed and the outside traffic is so loud and there's a car in the lot that's been there for hours blaring rap music... WHY???????

BEST HOTEL, AMAZING STAFF!
Pros:

Had the best time there! The staff was so attentive! There was a large group of us and I remember being by the pool and the staff came out and cleared away the used towels and giving out fresh ones! They are quick to respond when needed and so helpful! The food at the restaurant was so good! And the rooms were nice and felt like a small apartment that you just wanted to relax in after a night of being out! We will definitely be coming back! Hopefully in the near future! Thank you so much Sheraton for an amazing weekend!
