The Location is perfect!
Nothing
Clean and beautiful place, calm athmosphere, we enjoyed the breakfast
Nothing to mention
The location, the water fall and restaurant in the hotel. That’s the best part of the hotel.
I asked the guy at the front desk if I could have the burgundy bible, that’s from Gideon. He told me, if I take, I will be charged. I told him I didn’t take it and I was asking him if I could have one. He told me he had to talk to housekeeping, because they have a price sheet. I told him don’t worry about it because we were about to leave, heading back out of town. I reached out to Gideon who supplies the bibles for the hotels. Found out that the bibles are for customers to take for free. That didn’t set well with me, when the front desk guy said I would have to pay for it. The front desk definitely needs to know policy.
Location directly beside a train line which is very noisy upto late night and then again early in the morning. Booking.com also showed breakfast as included only to be charged again at the property which was likely a problem on the booking.com side.
It was centrally located
A bit pricey
Espaço amplo, agradável
A cama extra grande, não é extra grande, é apenas a grande.
Colchão do bicama praticamente não existe, péssimo.
Porta do banheiro quebrada.
I stayed 7 days and it was a wonderful stay! Large rooms, small balcony, very clean, good location for shopping and free parking. The staff at Club Lounge, Jalila, Juline and others were lovely and greeted us with a smile every day! I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Suited Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek.
Nothing.
Elevators didn’t work
Terrible housekeeping
Nasty restaurant food
We stayed at Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek for over a week and overall had a pleasant stay.
The location is very convenient, close to the highway and within easy reach of places like Starbucks, a gas station, and Chipotle. The suite was spacious and well designed, with a separate living room and bedroom (two double beds), as well as a large bathroom — ideal for a longer stay.
Parking was a nice bonus — usually $5/day, but free during our stay due to missing parking passes. The lot is large with plenty of space. The inner courtyard with a fountain and waterfall is also a lovely feature, especially for kids, and the sound of the water from the room felt calming.
Service was generally fine, though not particularly warm or attentive at times. On a few occasions, staff were engaged in personal conversations and less focused on guests.
One downside was that multiple elevators were out of order, and repairs didn’t seem to be prioritized during our stay.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel with great space, though service and maintenance could be improved.
the scenery very different and classy
my ac couldn’t be lower and they didn’t have any more rooms for me and my family
Quarto muito grande, localização, funcionários prestativos e área de cachoeira muito bonita.
Preço do café da manhã.
One of the elevators was broken and my hand held shower didn’t work and my ac was not that cold
