Clean and conveniently located to great food and coffee.
Pros:

It was very clean, and location was great. Balcony was a good size but had no furniture.

Cons:

The Lounge room air conditioner wouldn’t turn on and as we are from up north, I froze.

Good parking underneath, spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Excellent position - walking distance to Cathedral, shops, hotels.

Comfortable stylish value for money.
Pros:

Spacious, stylish, comfortable and well equipped. Loved the padded footrest.

Cons:

Couldn’t get the AC outlet in the bedroom to work. Appreciate the accommodation of all abilities bathroom, but when you don’t need it, it can be frustrating to use.

Overpriced for basic s and filth
Pros:

Property was ok

Cons:

Room was filthy bed had hair in it sheets stunk. There was only one towel no bath mat or toiletries. Cupboard had blanket and pillow thrown on floor. Complain and gave us another room which was better but bed was uncomfortable but at least was reasonably clean

Pros:

Reception staff where wonderful after a long day of travel.

Cons:

It didn't affect our stay however the outdoor balcony plants were all dead. (It happens, so pull them out,... do something)
