Pros:

Amazing customer service, the young man on reception was incredible, helpful, best check in and check out , his attention to detail was amazing , he was super efficient,impeccable service.

Cons:

Shower pressure was not great and water went everywhere as the water didn't go to the drain.

Pros:

The fold out lounge was not made up

The young lady at reception was very helpful came and made it up for us a we arrived late and wanted to go to bed my son had a football tournament but he couldn’t sleep because the mattress was so lumpy and springs dug into him
