St Kildas, Blackpool Central

We got there and the place was closed down and nobody told me untill I rang the number on the property window..

i was relocated to another hotel (almherst hotel) without prior knowledge the hotel i ended up in was cold, walls were thin and the tv did not work, shower leaked and items in the property were broken

It wasn't open! It was a scam!

After 3 hours of different phone calls call forwarding we finally was able to get the refund and book another hotel in Blackpool.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in from the minute you walked into the place the smell you can see the dirt in the hall way on door frames don’t get me started with he room I got pics can tell a thousand words and to top it off no running water for 4 days to wash or clean myself the hotel and manager has not been in touch to resolve this situation, this is no reflection on St Kildas, as they had moved me to St Elmo’s hotel

Well we booked there but didn't stay at that hotel they sent us to a different one and it was a shit hole the way they spoke to us was disgusting and I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

DO NOT book this hotel,it is closed and you will not be able to stay there.
It took me a long time to get through to someone on the phone using the number on the front window and it ended up being someone from the hotel next door who advised it has been shut for a while but still continuing to take bookings online.
Eventually I was moved to another hotel on the other side of Blackpool which I had to stand outside for 30 mins before someone bothered to arrive to let me in.

Very smelly and bedding Dara the Nolan it it should be closed down it's needs tenderloin tear and it hasn't got that sent me by a phone call by getting a phone number off the wall at their hotel what the same what's up and being over the open since last year we talked to other next door neighbor told us

First we went to for check our booking and then the staff said they wear closed for maintenance they then proceeded to send us to another hotel that had the hotel room in a nonliveable condition and the beds were to small for me and my 2 kids to sleep.Then we called the hotel multiple times asking for a room for us they kept on putting us on hold and saying that they would call us back in 5-10 minutes due to a 'technical issue' after calling them for over 3 hrs we called the booking.com help center and they helped us so much and said we would get our money back soon.

Communication and fight to recieve a full refund

I was called up whilst I was on my way to the hotel to say my room is having maintenance and they have no other rooms in any of there hotels. They told me to cancel my booking through booking.com and they'd give me a refund. A few hours later I received an email saying they'd rejected my refund request. I had nowhere to go, I finally crashed with my mate a couple miles away whilst I tried to find another hotel. Kept calling them and they kept giving me other numbers to call. It's been nearly a week and still no refund ,the hotel itself has no staff and no way of getting in and locals across the road Imformed me 5 others had turned up today unable to get in and all there boilers have been taken out and they have no heating or running water. Awful absolutely disgusting how i've been treated. Waiting to get £200 back!!!

Absolutely disgusting how Ive been treated by this hotel. On 6th August I arrived in Blackpool to St.Kildas, phoned the number outside the property to check in to be told they had double booked and I was being sent to their sister hotel st elmos which they THEN told me that was overbooked too and my reservation had been cancelled. I then had to book somewhere else on the day which cost a lot more money. THEN I was told that they had then found a room but I had already booked this other room and was told Id receive a refund for this. I STILL have not received a refund of the 99 which was all completed due to the hotel in the first place. Customer services were rude, the staff were completely unhelpful and couldn't care less just happy to take my money and no-one is taking responsibility for it. Leaving me massively out of pocket. 5 DAYS LATER STILL NO RESOLUTION WHATSOEVER.
