Terrible experience . I wouldn’t recommend or go back.
Pros:

Terrible customer service and they double charged us for the room.

Cons:

Rude staff, the location was subpar and there was blond hair all over my shower. I’m not a blond.

Excelente localização e conforto.
Pros:

Hotel é incrível, do lado do aeroporto é do Porto, passamos apenas uma noite, chegamos do Navio por volta das 10 da manhã, fui deixar a mala no hotel porque o check in era mais tarde naquele dia, mas o recepcionista já liberou os quartos no momento da chegada o que facilitou muito. O quarto tem muito espaço e é muito confortável.

Cons:

Sem detalhes, tudo estava ótimo.
Só o café da manhã poderia ser incluso no valor da diária.

Pros:

Beautiful and not too far from the airport!

Cons:

Okay hear me out. I was checking in super late and I was super tired and this guy wanted to give us a tour it was after 8pm. I honestly appreciate him I do but I was tired if it’s after 4pm please don’t give tours or talk so much that was a lot.

Pros:

Every staff member gave A1 service. Above and Beyond I felt like I was in a 5 star resort.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Had a minor issue with one of the washcloths having a tear in it but that wasn't a big deal to me.

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I loved the proximity next to airport and the DCOTA building.

Las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas, el bar excelente y el café en el primer piso ofrece un excelente servicio. Que se hace aseo diario en las habitaciones

La psicina estaba en mantenimiento durante todos esos días. El aseo a las habitaciones deberían también barrer el piso porque se notaba que era muy por encima
