The hotel personnel need training or replacement.
Pros:

Great location. Easy to get back on the road.

Cons:

Twice, the front desk tried to charge me for a stay I had already paid for in full through the booking site. Then, at breakfast — also prepaid — we were asked to pay again. The hostess made no attempt to resolve it; she simply shrugged the problem back onto us. Being billed for the same stay three times over, and having to fight each one, is not an inconvenience — it’s a failure of basic competence. Frankly, this level of service does not deserve to carry the Hilton name.

Pros:

Check in was good nice staff and very attentive to my needs when asked. Room was clean and in perfect order.

I would stay here again.

The location and the room

Cons:

There was a little bit of mold forming in the caulk in my shower but the room was clean otherwise. Also the ac was confusing to use. You should also make breakfast an option after booking instead of only having certain rooms with breakfast included. We tried to pay after the fact but were turned down.

The location was great. The staff were great.

Cons:

I used booking.com to reserve my stay. Booking.com stated that this hotel does not allow pets. This is the reason I chose to stay at this hotel. Well, this hotel does allow pets. The issue was that the dog barked and it was allowed in the restaurant area where food is served. The dog would shaking and shedding in the restaurant. Some of my family members are highly allergic to pet hair. I was disappointed that this hotel allows dogs in eating area.

Todo fue genial,limpio tranquilo y bien ubicado,me encanta este hotel.

La ducha y la taza del baño ,creo la ducha deberia ser de telefono para poder moverla , porque es muy incomodad,y la taza de baño es demasiado bajita y pequeña.
