Perfect for managing a medical visit and some of SXSW!
Pros:

Super service at breakfast and at front desk, especially in mornings with a lovely young woman who is the epitome of hospitality. Thanks.

Cons:

Two things would make the stay a ten. Third party sites like Booking com list the property with free parking. If these amenities are incorrect, they need to be edited by the hotel chain, not 3rd party . If it is listed as free, however, this needs to be honored, or discounted by the 3rd party. We cancelled our car and convenience to save money, but lost a bit on time. Still, the train from Lakeline was great into downtown. We liked our first room on the quieter side of the hotel, but moved due to sheets not changed (or staff eating while changing 🙂) . A quick change of sheets by night staff would have been preferable.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the room felt clean overall. The staff was kind and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

There are no luggage carts and the air conditioning unit made a loud annoying noise the entire night. We could not switch rooms because the hotel was booked but it was apparently a problem with several of the rooms.

Pros:

Property was not the issue. I was looking forward staying at this place. Everything looked very nice and great.

Cons:

I didn’t like the attitude of front desk agent when I spoke to him over the phone. He didn’t even try to help us and he also showed he didn’t care either. Vs Booking.com. Representatives they went and above to assist me the best they could.

Nice hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Compared to other hotels I stayed before in Austin for work, this hotel was cleaner, more equipped and even cheaper. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My room did not have a locker.

Overall a good stay

Cons:

When we checked out , there was a surprise parking fee. At check in and on the website there was never a mentioned of parking fees.
In all the years that we've traveled and use the hotels never has there been a parking fee?
