The hotel is very upscale looking from the minute you walk in. Very clean, very nice, and the atrium is beautiful, loved the jungle feel it had. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was just GORGEOUS and I like the colors and decoration so much I took pictures, inspired to try and recreate a similar look in my own home! The bed was amazingly soft, linens were clean and felt luxurious. It was all a much more upscale look that the cost of the room would've implied. I would literaly live in that hotel room.
I think they charge for parking here which is ridiculous, parking should be included in the cost of the room, not like there was particularly limited space in the lot. To me, this is just another unnecessary add-in charge that the consumer is forced to pay and a blatent money grab for the corporation.
I didn't like how the hotel never responded to someone using my credit card to stay. There was no response when I called or emailed.
I didn't like that the hotel was complaint with credit card fraud
Good location and nice room.
Beautiful courtyard area. Would have enjoyed some seating in that spot to sit and read for example.

It was freezing in the room & couldn't be adjusted.

I ask the bartender Friday night for a draft beer and she said ok and continued to wash dishes. After waiting about three minutes I gave up and walked away. Thought it was very rude of her.
The chx quesadillas werent so great…very messy to eat

I waited for the airport shuttle for 2.5 hours in the heat.
The inside was really neat with all the trees and the water fall. I’ve never been here before and this was my first time to Tampa.
