Rude receptionist Vicki Vazquez; parking payment code was not working, she wouldn’t assist us when we asked. In all my years, never encountered a more incompetent, nasty, and rude hotel receptionist. Stay away from Four Points and Sheraton
To many fees, I'm a disabled army veteran and I had to pay for handicapped parking. And I had to pay $50 a day incidental fees. And $21 for a continental breakfast any other hotel gives you this for free..I will never spend my hard earned money here again
Everything was horrible
The lobby area
Everything else. I paid extra for a room that said breakfast included and then come to find out it was $26 per person, the "heated indoor pool" was freezing cold.
Close to my venue. Staff were super professional. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
PAYING TO PARK. Seriously? Also, the a/c fan in my room made this loud growl noise. There was no way to turn the thing off.
It’s beautiful in the atrium
The restaurant food like eating 7/11 food and overpriced also. They ran out of a lot of stuff for drinks . One more thing for the price you pay for room, then to pay for parking

Couldn't access the football game. Amazon Prime was not available.
Bar ran out of wine and name brand whiskey early in the evening. Bar not well stocked!

Very helpful staff
It took a while to sort out my check-in because my reservation wasn't showing up correctly on Booking. They also tried to charge me for breakfast, so I had to go to the front desk to prove that my booking included breakfast.

The glass elevators was a modern twist (nice) .They stop working on numerous occasions. It was a very uncomfortable feeling , being stuck high in the air..and parking should have been free.You could also smell and see people smoking weed out side .. What you do in your house is your private business .. but not on hotel property … E.G

Bugs in the room. I submitted photos and videos trying to obtain a refund, and they keep ignoring me.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in a convenient location. The facilities were decent and met my basic expectations for the stay.
I was very disappointed that guests are charged separately for parking. I travel frequently and have never stayed at a hotel that charged for parking overnight. I also did not like the service when I arrived for check-in. The front desk employee was rude, and I felt uncomfortable and judged during the interaction, especially when she insisted on seeing my husband. Unfortunately, after that experience, my entire impression of the hotel was negative.
