Cons:

Der Fitnessraum war eine Zumutung. Geräte uralt, Klimaanlage defekt, Wasserspender leer und sehr dreckig.

It was very unpleasant and I’m glad to put it behind me.
Pros:

The property was perfectly located against the event I booked the hotel to attend.

Cons:

The staff member I encountered was standoffish and rude. They ruined the stay for me by refusing to provide me a service I paid for in advance and subsequently told they don’t have the time to deal with me even though I tried to stay as polite as I could. They were angry at me for „wasting” their valuable time.

Tolles Konzertwochenende in Frankfurt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber, tägliche Reinigung. Straßenbahnststion direkt vor dem Hotel. Schöne Hotelbar mit sehr netten Barkeeper.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum könnte etwas freundlicher , heller gestaltet sein, Möbel in die Jahre gekommen. Mazrazen sehr weich.

A hotel rendkívül közel található a főbb tömegközlekedési csomópontokhoz (pályaudvar / megállók), így a város bármely pontja, valamint a repülőtér is gyorsan és egyszerűen elérhető.
​Közel a stadionhoz: A Deutsche Bank Park (Frankfurt Stadion) is könnyen és viszonylag gyorsan megközelíthető innen a közvetlen tömegközlekedési kapcsolatoknak köszönhetően, így meccs- vagy koncertlátogatóknak kifejezetten kényelmes opció.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired: the room was dusty and the towels were dirty. Additionally, there was no mini-fridge in the room, and the windows couldn't be opened. Even after turning off the AC, it kept running throughout the night, leaving us freezing to the bone.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig !

Cons:

Das Bad war schmutzig! Entgegen der Angaben dauerte der Fußmarsch zur Deutschen Bank Arena 45 Minuten und nicht 20!! Nur wegen der Nähe zum Stadion hatte ich das Hotel gebucht!

Würde ich wieder übernachten, das sagt schon alles.
Pros:

Gutes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer absolut sauber, Betten bequem, sogar ein Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen waren vorhanden. Badezimmer mit Duschgel und Shampoo ausgerüstet. Frühstück ausreichende Auswahl. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Über Bademantel und Hausschuhe freue ich mich immer besonders, das hätte das Hotelerlebnis noch abgerundet.

Pros:

Die zweite Kontaktaufnahme an der Rezeption bei einer scheinbar kompetenten Dame hat dann geklappt. Von wo auch immer hat sie noch 2 Zimmer zum selben Preis finden können........

Cons:

Wir haben über booking.com 2 Zimmer gebucht und beide Zimmerbuchungen waren nicht auffindbar. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption hatte keine großen Lösungsansätze außer, dass wir selber das mit booking.com klären sollten. Die Kollegin konnte dann aber noch 2 Zimmer besorgen. Leider waren diese Zimmer alles andere als sauber. Auch gab es im Doppelzimmer nur 1 großes Handtuch.und das war auch noch dreckig.. da wir wegen einem Konzert in Frankfurt waren, waren wir am Ende einfach nur froh, nicht im Auto übernachten zu müssen

Hotelzimmer gut, Betten sehr bequem
Pros:

Gute Anbindung zur Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Klimaanlage funktioniert.

Cons:

Kühlschrank war abgeklemmt, Stecker abgeschnitten. Badewanne statt Dusche. Kein Hotelparkplatz, nur öffentliches Parkhaus daneben, 30€ für 24 Stunden, zu teuer.

Nicht gut

Cons:

Bad nicht sauber, lange Wartezeit , Chaos am Empfang und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Drei Anläufe am Empfang, um überhaupt das gebuchte Zimmer zu bekommen. Vorgesetzter nicht zu sprechen. Wir können dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Cons:

Absolute Katastrophe! Die Sauberkeit war unterirdisch. Das Bad war nicht geputzt, die Bettwäsche offensichtlich nicht gewechselt – Blutflecken und Haare auf den Kissen. Nach einer langen Anreise so etwas vorzufinden, ist einfach ekelhaft und absolut inakzeptabel.

Nachdem wir die Rezeption informiert hatten, wurde zwar eine Reinigungskraft geschickt, diese fotografierte jedoch lediglich die Zimmertür und behauptete anschließend, sie sei da gewesen. Erst nachdem wir ein zweites Mal darauf bestanden hatten, wurde die Bettwäsche tatsächlich gewechselt. So ein Service ist völlig inakzeptabel. Nie wieder!
