Pros:

kamer aan de achterzijde, er is geen geluidshinder

Cons:

Receptie: lange wachttijd, kaart niet geactiveerd (dus opnieuw naar de receptie en aanschuiven) en - belangrijk! - mijn invoice is nog steeds niet in mijn mailbox. Er komt ook geen reactie op mijn vraag om de invoice op te sturen

Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und höflich.

Cons:

Die Höhenverstellung in der Dusche hat nicht funktioniert. Die Sauberkeit ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig. So hing z. B. in der Dusche ein Haargummi und unter den Bett lag ein Schlappen von Gästen, die zuvor in Zimmer gewesen waren.

I honestly very disappointed with the hotel and will never go back. Hotel are not well maintained and cleaning / hyg
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel is that the location closest to my appointment place.

Cons:

After I check in and come to the room, I find that the room is not clean; toilet bowl still have poo stain, soap bar is open and the bed is not tidy (like someone just lay on it). I immediately go out and went to reception and asked for a new room after providing proof about room condition.

The receptionist gave me a new room, which also not so great; floor is still dusty, there is water mark in wall and ceiling, curtains are not properly installed, etc etc etc. However I gave up on going back and asked for another room as I thought it will be the same and just wasting my time.
For a claimed 4 star hotel, I found it unacceptable that the hotel is so poor condition and totally no attention to details.

beim Check in waren 2 Mitarbeiter anwesend als 2 Busse eingeckeckt haben. Wir haben dann irgendwann in der Nacht erst eingecheck. Das gleiche an der Hotel Bar ... nur 2 Mitarbeiter anwesend bei einen ausgebuchten Hotel. Getränke haben ewig gedauert haben und dann am Automaten in der Lobby Bier selber geholgt

Top Lage, Preis-Leistung passt nicht
Pros:

Die Lage war super, weil das Stadion zu Fuß erreichbar ist, ca. 40 Minuten. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle ist auch in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Es haben überwiegend Konzertbesucher so wie ich dort übernachtet. Dementsprechend war das Hotel voll und mit der Situation in meinen Augen überfordert. Für diesen Andrang ist der Frühstücksraum leider zu klein - zu wenig Tische. Lange Wartezeit an der Kaffeemaschine. Ständig musste Milch und Kaffee aufgefüllt werden und/oder der Satzbehälter geleert werden. Tassen und Besteck waren auch kaum mehr vorhanden und teilweise auch nicht sauber . Das Frühstück an und für sich war gut. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finde ich nicht gut. 211 Euro mit Frühstück für 1 Nacht finde ich teuer. Auch das Parken war teuer, 30 Euro pro Tag. Schade, dass es hier für Hotelgäste keine Sonderkonditionen gibt.
