Hotel mittel zum Zweck!In unserem Fall Konzertbesuch!
Pros:

Die Lage war optimal für ein Konzertbesuch (Deutsche Bank Park).
Mit dem Taxi dahin 18€ bezahlt,und Rückweg zu Fuss 30 Minuten!
Das Frühstück am Morgen war sehr gut!Wir waren um 09h anwesend und da war Alles noch da: Rührei,Speck,Schinken,Käse,frische Brötchen,Croissants,Müsli,Obst usw.
Wir hatten auch ein grosses Zimmer auf dem 11.Stock das gemütlich war mit einer Sitz-Bank und Tisch!

Cons:

Das Personal war herzlos!!!Kein Lächeln..eher keine Lust zum Arbeiten!Man hat sich als Gast nicht willkommen gefühlt!
Das Zimmer schien auf den ersten Blick toll,denn es war gross.Doch im Badezimmer lief das Wasser nicht gut..weder beim Händewaschen,noch beim Klo!
Ausserdem gab es eine Room-Service-Karte wo täglich 24 Stunden draufstand!Doch als wir nach dem Konzertbesuch da angerufen haben,hat niemand das Telefon abgenommen!
Wir gingen dann eben runter zur Rezeption und wollten eine Pizzabestellung abgeben.Die Dame hat uns angekuckt als würde sie Bahnhof verstehen!Dann fragte sie uns ob wir eine Pizza online bestellen wollen.Wir sagten Nein..Roomservice!Aber das gab es nicht!!!Wir beschwerten uns,dass sie dann ihre Roomservicekarte aus dem Zimmer nehmen sollen,wenn sie das nicht machen!Sie hat weiter nichts dazu gesagt!Ihr Kollege hat uns gesagt wir sollen an der Bar nachfragen,aber da war soviel los,nach dem Konzert,dass wir entthäuscht rausgingen...und zum Glück haben wir dann einen kleinen Grillstand in der Umgebung entdeckt!

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und der Eingangs- und Bar Bereich war ansprechend

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Bei der Zimmertür müsste man drauf achten, dass sie auch richtig zu ist, weil sie nicht ordentlich hinter einem ins Schloss fiel. Das Bad war leider sehr ab gewohnt. Es gab Klarsicht Barre Rostflecken in der Badewanne. Die Armaturen waren fleckig und verkalkt. Die Fliesen hatten teilweise auch Flecken, und die Fugen waren ebenso ungepflegt.

Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings teilweise schwer zu verstehen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sagen wir mal gebraucht...Wände waren angerammelt.Bad war nicht sauber.Frühstück...Brötchen,Rührei?waren sehr trocken, Auswahl eher gering.

Nettes Personal. Tolle Bar.

Cons:

Es war sehr schmutzig. Unter dem Bett und der Balkon wurden ewig nicht geputzt. Dusche verkalkt. Renovierung dringend notwendig.

Eher Motel als Business
Pros:

Klimaanlage war schon an als wir ins Business Zimmer kamen. Aussicht war wunderschön.

Cons:

Trotz vorheriger Anmeldung war es nicht möglich 1.Stunde vorher einzucheken. Minibar konnte nicht genutzt werden das Kabel war einfach durchgeschnittel, zudem war der Zahnputzbesser und die Duschkabine nicht sauber, nicht wie man es für Business erwartet, eher wie im Motel. War was das angeht enttäuschend.
