Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Es un hotel muy lindo. Las instalaciones limpias, y en orden.
En cuanto a la ubicación es maravilloso
Si lo que buscas es un lugar cerca del moody center (por temas de conciertos, etc).
Creeme que te lo recomiendo 100%
Esta a 20 minutos caminando, y es bastante seguro para caminar de regreso en la noche.
El personal muy atento, una de las chicas en la recepción habla español lo cual lo hizo todo más fácil. En lo personal, no tuve absolutamente ningún problema. Todo estaba bien señalizado. 10/10

Cons:

Mi única queja seria que el colchón que me toco tenia una mancha color rosa/rojo. Me di cuenta de esto ya en mi último día. (Error mio por no haber revisado) y aunque no fue la gran cosa, se que puede ser un tema que a muchos les preocupa, ya que por el precio lo minimo que se espera es que todo este en buenas condiciones.

Nice hotel! Lobby is on 2nd floor!

Really nice room and amenities

Cons:

Check in line was long. One person checking people in. No signage indicating the first floor is a different hotel and you had to go to the second floor for the lobby. Waited in line at that hotel and the person at the front desk informed us we had to go to the second floor to check in in the most confusing and unnecessarily complicated way possible.

Overpriced.
Pros:

Location and staff friendliness.

Cons:

Over $400 for a Thursday night stay, including a $50 charge for self-parking. We requested a “campus-view” room but did not receive one, despite the fact that the hotel was not nearly full. The bathroom area was essentially a corner of the room rather than a separate room.

作業をした大学の近くでロケーションがよかった。

Cons:

スタッフの入れ替えが激しいのか、ベテランと全く何もわからないようなスタッフが半分ぐらいの割合でいたように
思います。仕事の手順の効率が新人スタッフは極めて悪かったです。親切でしたが、、、

Overall very pleasant stay, with few wishes for improvements
Pros:

Very clean, great location, wonderful reception team (thank you Ms. Key for your welcome and all the warm greetings during my stay)

Cons:

There was no possibility to book breakfast; the wall is quite thin (you hear some noise when people pass by your door); the door of the shower cannot be completely closed so often some water leak out after you shower; it’s a bit troublesome to have the reception in 2nd floor (as you might need to take two separate elevators to get to your room)

I wobt choose again
Pros:

Location better I very easily access all transportation ways

Cons:

I felt sorry for the reception staff because they probably have to stand all day, which I can’t approve of. Also, the water in the rooms wasn’t cold — finding cold water was quite difficult. And the Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work properly; I couldn’t connect my computer and had to work in the lobby instead.
