Pros:

Lucas at the front desk was nothing short of Amazing! He was kind, patient & knowledgeable. They need more front desks agents like him. The bartender was awesome too. He did a terrific job of “manning” the bar by himself & still exhibited world class customer service.

Cons:

The gentleman running the bar needs more help. The line started to wrap around the corner to order drinks & food. The bartender kept a smile, was patient, thanked people for waiting all while under pressure to service so many people on his own. Once again he needs more assistance.
