Cons:

The hotel did not honor the room choice made on Booking.com. We selected a room type on Booking that would fit our family’s needs, but apparently the hotel would not reserve the selected room.

Nice, new and comfortable
Pros:

Very nice, new hotel with great staff. This will be our go to place at DEN in the future. Comfortable bed, very clean and plenty of amenities.

Great Hotel Near Denver Airport
Pros:

This is a great airport hotel with shuttles every half hour and very clean and new or updated lobby and rooms. There's also a train station a short walk away to get to Denver Union Station or one stop to the airport. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downsides are that there's not much else beyond the train station that's walking distance and there's an overnight parking cost with proximity to the airport. There are plenty of options to order delivery, take a short ride down Tower Road, or go into Denver for a meal. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel if you're flying from Denver because of the friendly staff, shuttle, and modern lobby and rooms.

Great hotel, terrible airport shuttle service!
Pros:

Great hotel, terrible airport shuttle service. The hotel itself is clean and modern, has 3 elevators so waiting on them wasn't an issue like some other hotels. Food at the restaurant in the hotel is very good and well priced.

The hotel is a bit far from Tower road, it is walkable to restaurants but it is about 1 mile each way and there are sidewalks.

Do not plan to use the shuttle service to/from the airport! I waited 25 min at the airport for it to pick me up and it never came - the shuttle for the Hyatt Place in Aurora came, but not this one so I had to get an Uber. Upon checking out, I reserved the shuttle to drop me off at the airport, I get in and it drives to the DoubleTree to pick up more passengers! I asked the shuttle driver how many more stops we had, and he replied "I don't know". I immediately got out at the DoubleTree and ordered an Uber to the airport. So factor in $60 for Uber rides.

Bad maintenance, bad lock!
Pros:

I had a terrible experience with my key not working. I was locked out of my room after going downstairs to get a soda for my granddaughter. The front desk person said it was the key card, never asked about the door mechanism until I had gone downstairs 3 times. Then she sent the repair man to the wrong room. Very unsatisfactory!! The locks should be checked every time the room is cleaned!

A great place to get a good night's rest before taking a flight.
Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Bed was comfortable, room clean and quiet.

Pros:

학회 때문에 참석했는데 역이 가까워서 우선 편안했습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 세탁기가 있는 점도 좋았습니다. 조식은 간단하지만 깔끔했습니다.

Cons:

호텔 주변에 다른 편의 시설이 워낙 없어서 렌트 이용이 아닌 경우 좀 불편하긴 합니다. 조식의 경우 다양하진 않아서 몇일 동안 먹으면 좀 물립니다.

Comfortable Stay, Excellent Service, and a Great Location
Pros:

Great hotel. Great location (close to airport and the Gaylord). Great staff. The room I stayed in was perfect and very large. I wish the restaurant was more full service. But other than that, I'd definitely stay here again!
