Rude personnel
Pros:

Clean room. Breakfast was great. Location was convenient.

Cons:

We booked two beds room. At check-in we were told they are sold-out of those rooms and offered us one bed + pull-out sofa bed. When we said this is not what we booked lady at check-in said you can cancel your reservation and look for another place. This was at 2am. We were tired after delayed flight with two children. She saw all that and her response looked sarcastic. That kind of response is probably ok for a cheap motel, but not what I would expect from Hyatt. We probably over estimated our expectations.

Spacious and friendly stay near the airport
Pros:

Excellent, clean, spacious facilities. Easy to use. A huge bed with several soft pillows.

Cons:

Great Hotel near DIA
Pros:

Great hotel all round. Location, cleanliness and condition!! Great staff. Good breakfast with lots of options. Within walking distance to RTA train to airport or downtown.

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Gutes Frühstück. Bequemes Bett

Cons:

Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war etwas unprofessionell.
Von meiner Kreditkarte wurden mir, ohne Begründung, 24,66$ abgebucht obwohl das Zimmer, Steuern und Parken bereits über Booking bezahlt war. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfragen, keine Antwort vom Hotel erhalten.

Perfect ending to a mountain adventure vacation.
Pros:

The lobby was very beautiful and cozy. The workout room was fantastic as well. We loved the water bottle filling station in the workout room. It was nice to have filtered water instead of tap water. Overall hotel was new and clean and lovely.

Cons:

Our flight left before breakfast opened so we were a little disappointed we missed out on that. Would have been cool to have a grab bag breakfast available instead.

The stay was good. It was a quick stay and centrally located to long stay parking for DIA.

Cons:

Parking for one night is $17! Last year, it was $10 - that is a huge increase.
