It was a very nice hotel and quiet. The bartender was very friendly.
The front desk receptionist was more into answering texts than helping guests, at least me. After having trouble with my cc working on the device and asking for help he was too busy answering and laughing at texts to help me. I just stood there until he was done, then he was a little annoyed at me after I tried what he originally told me and it didn't work. But he got over it as soon as he helped and I was able to leave him alone to his phone. It didn't appear others had issues so maybe it was just me or I interrupted his busy texting time.
Location is fine, room was clean with nice view at downtown, I could check in earlier so also a pros
There was no water and tea in the room, the TV was not working when I asked front office for help the receptionist shouted at me on the phone and didn’t even tried to help. When I went down to desk she was not there as she was sitting in the restaurant with apparently her friend. When I asked for assistance telling her she should have basic knowledge about those TV she almost attacked me! So the service was horrible. Also breakfast included in price was disappointing you could choose only one option and I couldn’t even get a fruit to a pancakes! I had to wait more than 30 minutes for breakfast to be provided thank god I was not in rush. Ventilation is also very loud.
Very convenient location. Close to many Restaurants and Bars. Clean and Comfortable rooms.
Swimming Pool is on the Highway side and is very noisy. They could have planned it on the other side.
Location was great, Did not eat breakfast.

Paying the $20 extra to park in the garage
The rooms were kept clean, the public areas as well. The staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs
The location in proximity to the freeway should have warranted better noise reducing windows, but none were installed. Traffic noise was pretty loud throughout the room. The AC also sounded like the compressor is about to go, had to keep it on low the entire time to reduce the sound of a jackhammer.
Strange that coffee is available most of the day for free except at breakfast time.
I thought it was strange that while the bartender was making my drink and measuring each shot, he chose to dump out the extra little bit of alcohol into the sink rather than pour it into my drink. And it was just a splash. Seems like this property is more concerned about every dollar it can get in incidentals.
