Hotel super, Zimmer sehr schön, Aussicht der Wahnsinn, aber der geschlossene Pool wird nicht erwähnt

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar, am Rande der Innenstadt von München und aus dem 12 Stock sieht alles fantastisch aus, wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Ich will schon sehr lange eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbringen, vor allem wegen dem Pool im obersten Stock und der Aussicht beim Baden.
Leider war aber gerade dieser Pool an diesem WE geschlossen. Es wurde mir angeboten ins Nachbarhotel zu gehen und den Pool dort zu benutzen. Allerdings finde ich, dass gerade, wenn diese Attraktion des Hotels nicht benutzbar ist und wir reden jetzt vom Titelbild des Hotels hier bei Booking, dann sollte das auch irgendwo vermerkt sein und nicht einem erst bei der Ankunft im Hotel mitgeteilt werden.

Lage eher etwas ausserhalb, ruhig, aber trotzdem gute Möglichkeiten// Parking in Garage teuer und nur Barzahlung oder im Hotel zahlbar // gym hatte gute Geräte, wenig Leute

Cons:

Wellness bzw Pool nicht gross. Aussicht dafür sehr schön, Gym war gut, Mitarbeiter eher kurz angebunden, reserviert

Pros:

Der Pool mit Blick über München war mega. Genauso wie der Blick von unserem Zimmer im 12 Stock. Toll war dass wir den Balkon nutzen konnten und nicht alles wiesooft verschlossen war.

Cons:

Es gab leider nur Frühstück bis um 10.00 Uhr. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.

Gut aber muss man nicht nochmal haben
Pros:

Die Anbindung von U bahn war gut. Die Zimmer waren nicht gut in Ordnung. Personal hat gut auf den Ausfall der Heizungsanlage reagiert

Cons:

Zimmer hatten Mängel, die sich für so ein Hotel nicht gehören. Abdeckungen waren nicht ordentlich montiert.
