Very helpful staff, a bit of a traffic noise in my room. But overall a very good value for money.
Pros:

A speedy pick up from the airport, the only way to communicate with the hotel was via a phone line, having arrived late
( 10pm)I did not get a chance to buy a German sim which made it a bit awkward, not the hotel fault. The Munich Airport website says there a coin operated phones available but I could not find any.

Cons:

I think the carpet has seen a better days. A bit of traffic noise in my room but I used earplug to muff it.

Durch einen Fehler beim Buchen war das Frühstück inklusive.

Cons:

An einem Tag war das Frühstück nicht gut. Vieles war aus und wurde nur nach sehr langer Wartezeit aufgefüllt, teilweise gar nicht (heißes Wasser, Tassen, Löffel, Müslischalen, Milch). Wenn ich für das Frühstück hätte bezahlen müssen, wäre es selbst ohne diese Mängel deutlich überteuert gewesen.
