Decepcionada com a conduta da anfitriã.
Pros:

Gostamos muito da localização e do prédio em si. Boa estrutura, funcionários muito queridos e solicitos, síndico prestativo!

Cons:

A acomodação estava em condições muito diferente das fotos. Ambiente com chão, paredes e rodapés sujos. Camas e colchões precários.

A “anfitriã” do apartamento acabou por invadir nossa privacidade ao adentrar no quarto sem nossa autorização ou aviso prévio, além de controlar a utilização do ar condicionado.

Der Aufenthalt war soweit gut.
Pros:

War soweit alles Ok, im Hauseigenem Restaurant, wird auch Frühstück und Abendessen angeboten, wir haben das Frühstücksangebot genutzt, es war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas holperig, da die Gastgeberin anscheinend versäumt hat uns Anzumelden. An wen es Letztendlich lag können wir nicht genau sagen, dadurch hat der Checkin gut 1 Stunde gedauert bis wir endlich in das Zimmer kamen. Wir hatten auch viele Probleme mit der Karte zum Öffnen der Tür, das zog sich über mehrere Tage das wir dauernd zur Rezeption mussten weil die Karte nicht funktionierte.

nous sommes arrivées tardivement de l’aéroport et l’homme de la réception nous a fait attendre de 12h55 pm à 2h30 du matin pour accepter de nous donner la chambre alors que je lui fournissait tous les documents nécessaires et preuve de réservation booking comme ailleurs mais lui était borné et pas aimable et attendait soit disant un mail alors que j’avais déjà tout bref aucun effort pour nous parler et ma laisser avec ma fille dans le hall d’entrée jusqu’à 2 h30 du matin c’est inadmissible car en plus quand j’ai demandé de partir un peu plus tard que midi en compensation cela m’a été refusé sèchement.

Bem perto ao portão H do RioCentro. Fui a pé todos os dias.
No condomínio tem almoço, um mercadinho.Quarto com microondas e frigibar. Chuveiri bom.
Noa atendeu bem nesses 3 dias.

A facilidade de checkin, pedi o quarto no dia e consegui reservar.
A anfitriã muito solicita trouxe um colchão de solteiro pra minha filha que era confortável.
O chuveiro é ótimo.
É fácil chegar, entrar e tem estacionamento.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não estava funcionando adequadamente, estava fazendo muito barulho. As roupas de cama estavam limpas, mas bem amassadas. As cortinas são bem antigas, entra bastante luz no quarto. O colchão e os travesseiros não são confortáveis, nem o sofá auxiliar.
O apartamento não é silencioso.

Cons:

Nada, instalação muito ruim, o vaso estava totalmente solto, o quarto era literalmente para ficar deitado, não tinha 1 cadeira, o celular estando deitado tinha que ficar no piso devido que não tinha criado, não tinha um copo e não tinha xícara, literalmente era 1 cama e duas toalhas. Após de reclamar tive que aguardar para trazer aquilo que é básico e a proprietária me perguntando que si eu queria ela traeiria os copos, a cadeira e o criado. Muito falta de carinho ao que estão fazendo
