Good location, very modern and clean. Will visit again.

Would’ve been great if I had air conditioning
Pros:

It was clean, parking was easy, and the location was good.

Cons:

My room did not have any air-conditioning. I called the front desk, but no one answered. I went down to the front desk twice that evening telling him my air was not working. It was 82° in my room and difficult to sleep in that heat. I checked out the next day, told the person at the front desk. I didn’t have any air conditioning, and he didn’t care.

One of the best Marriott Courtyards!
Pros:

Our stay was for two nights.
Accommodations: Roomy with comfortable bed and a very comfortable lounge chair with a detached foot rest. Bathroom has a good sized walk in shower, while the toilet is equipped with a washlet.
Amenities: Starbucks coffee located in lobby area and the 555 restaurant, located in hotel, has a good selection of entrees. Their pear salad was delicious!
Cleanliness: Exceptional
Location: Easy on/off of the I-10. Walking distance to a Ralph's grocery store, popular asian restaurants, movie theater and a HeyTea shop.
Service: Very friendly and helpful. Inquired about purchasing flowers and was given good advice and directions.
Parking: Plenty of self parking underneath the hotel. Parking area very well lit. Cost was $20 a night.
Recommend eating at gram cafe & pancake shop and taking in a delicious tea drink at heytea - all located directly across the street from the hotel on Atlantic Blvd.

Amazing polite professional how all hotels should BE
Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff here is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Huge shoutout to Aram for the smooth check-in and for always making sure guests are taken care of plus all the complimentary waters were such a great touch, I loved that!

Kevin Estrella also went above and beyond to make my stay even better. Amazing attitude, always smiling, and truly made me feel welcomed with his hospitality. He even called later to check if I needed extra towels or anything else, which really showed how much the team cares about their guests.

Also, shoutout to the awesome guy from Five55 with the beard thank you for the popcorn welcome bag, you rock! Overall, such a great team and experience. Definitely coming back!l to try crystals palace dinner options !!!!!!!!
