Ich muss sagen, das Personal war sehr angenehm und sehr freundlich und ist tatsächlich auch auf unsere Wünsche eingegang

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Hotel. Man hätte nur halt hinweisen sollen, dass wenn man ein Zimmer auf der obersten Etage bekommt es keinen Aufzug gibt, sondern dass man treppensteigen muss.

Cons:

Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer ganz oben bekommen und ich muss ehrlicherweise gestehen das hat uns absolut nicht gefallen, da er ein bisschen wie eine gut gehobene Jugendherberge aus.

Cons:

Treppe zum obersten Geschoss weil kein Aufzug wegen Denkmalschutz. War bei der Buchung nicht eindeutig. Teilweise in die Jahre gekommene, beschädigte oder abgenutzte Ausstattung
