Pros:

every time we called or asked about a need it was generally taken of quickly, ie towels, trash, etc.

Cons:

we had 2 people in the room and only 1 chair to sit on. finally the last night i asked for a second chair and never got a response, that is ridiculous. suppose to have quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am and we had noise/music playing from 5 am to 9 one morning. last night there we could hear heavy walking, thumping from something being put on the floor, it was after 11 and kept us from sleeping until midnight. it was like people were walking/moving around luggage/furniture and went on for a while. one morning at breakfast we didn't get there until 8:48 am and there was little to no eggs left. We really only eat protein, fruit and veggies but even though it wasn't 9 food was scarce. Really would have liked to be able to do laundry but no services there. Also asked staff if there was somewhere around there to do laundry and her statement was to google it. we were looking for a recommendation. not much help.

In sum, enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Overall value of service was worth the money paid

Cons:

Bathroom shower fittings need to be fixed properly. Room was too clod at 61C, we had to turn off the A/C

Great place!
Pros:

Location was great! Rooms were clean! Staff was friendly and professional. Loved the pool table in the lobby!!

Cons:

Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, but nothing an extra towel couldn't fix!

Bring towels, aound machine, and earplugs!
Pros:

Good location even though it seemed hard to find at first. Nice area to take doggie (not enclosed but still nice and close to entrance.

Cons:

Door slammed all day and night! We were by the exit and use a sound machine but it was rough … so hardly any sleep that night. Worst part was that I ask the front desk guy if it was a quiet spot. I deal with chronic migraines and sleep makes it so I can drive safely. Also, on the towels, we could visibly see HAND prints. They did smell all that clean either.

My family had 2 rooms. Overall very happy with everything. Staff was very responsive to requests.
Pros:

Location, game room, entire open lobby/eating/seating area was great. Variety of ways to socialize or relax.

Cons:

Weird soap/lotion/shampoo etc dispensers. Confusing graphics and mostly in French. Eggs had almost no flavor.
