The property is ok but when they charge your card for your stay and the money is removed from that very card and then they keep running that card to charge you again, that’s an issue!! Then to have the front desk lady Carmen hang up on me is ridiculous!! You should send her to Customer Service school!!
My problem is when you charge my card and THAT MONEY WAS REMOVED and said PAID TO TRU BY HILTON and then you call me with an attitude trying to charge me again!!
Don’t worry I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE and I’ve stayed with Hilton for years but that’s stopped now!!

Cons:

Trying to be DOUBLE CHARGED and the front desk ladies attitude and the manager refusing to speak to me. Pathetic customer service.

This was the most rest I got in a long time.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk clerks assisting with my extended visit but helping me book for an additional day. I plan on staying at this location for all my hotels needs while in Mobile, Alabama

Pros:

Ok breakfast limited choices no fruit. The location was easy to access and the stores nearby were convenient to walk to with a variety of restaurant choices and many more within a short drive.

Cons:

The rooms have individual air conditioning units. Every time the AC went on it sounded like we were in an airplane at takeoff. Woke us up and made the night very uncomfortable.

This location seemed new and inviting but also overpriced.
Pros:

Conveniently located.

Cons:

Did not notice that there was no pool. TV was not connected after arrival. TV screen was smeared with residue from a wiping cloth. Likewise, the back of the door had heavy wipe marks all over it. The sink drain was very slow.

Filthy dirty and upcharge for a pet of $75 is egregious at best!

Conveniently located next to the freeways.

Cons:

Filthy dirty! Shower drain was full of hair - not belonging to us! Floors were not cleaned and refrigerator cabinet had sticky stuff on top of it! Could hear our next door neighbor’s TV thru the wall. Ridiculous to have booked this online for $104.00 and THEN get a $75 pet charge for an 8 lb dog!!!!
